Status probably didn't update yet after installing. They wouldn't release a second one that fast IMO. Will probably go away later.
I have received one set of back to back updates in a single day before. Surprised the heck out of me.

I was able to have a forum member check my VIN and it doesn’t appear there are anymore pending updates, but I’m gonna keep a close eye out on it.

Still hoping the ugly top left buttons are changed in one of the upcoming updates though.

That’s what I’m so confused about. I also thought 5.x was supposed to be a major release. I find it quite odd this is supposedly 5.1.1 but the update notes are for something I already thought we had?
This is a major change to the release notes ;)

GWM updates don't typically have user facing changes. My guess is they decided to put that feature in again for anyone that missed it rather than just "Minor tweaks here and there" Or "Preparing you for future updates"

Any time we have a major update coming out, a GWM update is almost always the first thing to come out for compatibility reasons.

GWM is one of the first of the 'new' updates to post. Usually followed by the actual module updates. Likely going to be a 4 week ordeal in the least. Need a GWM, IPMA, and IPC at a minimum.

Am I going crazy or is it trying to download another software update right after the 5.1.1 update?

I've noticed I'll go a month or 2 without any updates and then suddenly I get a spree of back to back updates for a week or two.

Do these show up in FDRS? I want to use my rig, but I need a reason to do so.

You’d be better off waiting a couple weeks so you have a couple updates to do at once. APIM and TCU will probably be next.

This is a GWM (gateway module) update, nothing to do with HVAC or preconditioning. Once again the release notes got recycled wrong.
Ford might be the only software developer with a beta (EA) program necessary just to test out their release notes before sending them to a wider audience
