@Administrator got my VIN by calling Ford Customer Service at 800-334-4375

VIN# 3FMTK3SU7MMAXXXXX
Just wanted to note that since I haven't heard anything from my dealer (after 2 voicemails, 2 e-mails, and a message with the dealers receptionist) I called this number to try and get a VIN, but was told (without any looking/options) that I'd have to get it from my dealer. Guess it depends on who you get as to how helpful they may be.

I don't, but she gave no options other than to talk to my dealer. When I mentioned other folks having retrieved their VIN by calling this number, she didn't acknowledge it and reiterated that I needed to call my dealer.

I'm not in a rush for it, but getting more peeved that my dealer isn't responding (well, so far I've only left e-mails/VMs for the GSM, who I had spoke with before). They didn't seem to have any normal sales people handling the Mach-E orders.

We've hear lots more cars will be scheduled this Thursday. Hopefully yours will be among them.

Other than being able to see your window sticker, what's the value in knowing your exact VIN weeks ahead of time? I suppose you could use it to quote insurance, but also way in advance than is typically necessary?

Am I missing something because my dealer hasn't notified me of my VIN and I am not bugging him to find it?
