As an additional data point, I had this happen last night using the Ford Mobile charger plugged into a 120v outlet charging at a whopping 1K. Woke up to a charge fault, P0562, U3003, P0AA1, P0563, P1A10, U0253, B115E, B15E1, B15E2, U0100, and U0442. Got the dreaded Stop Safely Now message, and lucky me, everything cleared up using the reset method. Scary times there.

Just got this error/warning (SVS & HV Battery Warning) charging at home (Chargepoint Homeflex). Let the car sit for 30 minutes and the error cleared.

How can there not be a TSB for this? Can anyone confirm if Ford is aware of the issue?

I just got this today using a chargepoint charger at work, cant try again until I get through the waitlist, but I am hoping it goes away later today.

I should add I am on 4.2.4. I had charged a number of times since this update was pushed and this was the first time with the issue. It charged about 1hr before kicking it back.

Respectfully disagree. This is would be like your iPhone showing an error screen and refusing to function if you dial certain numbers. An error like this happened to me and ruined my night.

If this were a “Microsoft” problem show me ANY electric car that shows a powertrain malfunction if connected to the wrong charger? ANY. Even Nissan Leafs don’t have this issue.
You said in the other thread that the dealership was looking at your car April 6th - what did they come back with?

You said in the other thread that the dealership was looking at your car April 6th - what did they come back with?
I'll update since you asked :)

1. I took my car in relation to the problems in this post and a faulty lift gate that they tried to fix before. The dealership claimed they could not reproduce these problems. The dealership simply drove the car 40 miles and plugged it into their wall charger and they could not duplicate. They also claimed they could not duplicate the lift gate error.

HL- Customer States powertrain malfunction reduced power light
has come on, along with the high voltage battery warning. He does
not feel his vehicle is safe. The steering does not feel right and the
vehicle is underpowered. Check And Advise.
1 -- Cause/Action to take
Uable to verify concern, plugged in scan tool and found DTC's from
the SOBDM AND BECM modules. They were able to be cleared and
did not come back. Testt drove the vehicle for 20 miles and the
malfunction message never came on. The codes were related to
charging issues so then I charged the vehicle using a 240 volt
charger. After a day of charging there was no high voltage light or
any DTC's found. Also used a 120 volt charger and after a day
charging there is no high voltage light and no DTC's. A video that
the customer sent showed that he got the messages after he used
a charger that his building has in placed. Not the charger that the
vehicle comes with but a public charger his building has. After
useing two differnt volatge chargers I was unable to verify the
concern and it is possible that there was issue with the public
charger in his building. Then to casue the vehicle to have the high
volatge light and DTC's.
1 -- Correction Action Taken
MTIME to test drive the vehicle start mileage was at 2418 and end
of the test drive was at 2440. Also to set the vehicle in the charge
station with a 240 volt charger. Then a 120 volt charger the next
day.

2. I went to pick up my car, signed for it, and in the dealership's parking lot pointed out the lift gate problem to the service representative. They took the car back for a third repair attempt and also looked into the "wrench light" - the problem in this thread. They talked to Ford, Ford admitted that it does happens - blamed the charger, not the car. The dealership nor Ford did nothing to fix.

3. Yesterday I went to pick up the car, took it home, and realized that the lift gate still did not work. I returned it to the dealership today and they are doing more "diagnostics". This is the 4th repair attempt. The dealership has given up on the "wrench light" and told me that they will do something when I experience it again.

Meanwhile I tried to file a buyback with Ford but they rejected my claim.

So they found codes (didn't say whether they're active), cleared them and called it good? Between that and being unable to fix the liftgate I can understand your frustration.

I received this message about an hour after charging while winding down from my late shift. I went out to garage and saw the LED circle still blue and blinking and the charge cable was normal warm to the touch. I have ClipperCreek HCS-D50 and I received the Ford 4.2.4 about 2 weeks ago with this being the first notification. After reading the threads, I performed the wait period (reset) to see if any service faults or anything displayed on screen but nothing was displayed. I plugged in charger and it started as normal again. Crossing my fingers for the future??

How is it going? Any repeats of the situation? The exact same thing happened to me last night, but with my Ford Connect charger. Now it's charging fine. Hoping it was an aberration.

Bummer. This makes me appreciative of my 5 year old dumb EVSE. Plug it in, contactors close, electricity flows. Car tells it to stop, contactors open, electricity stops flowing. ??
Haha I second this...I love technology and am an early adopter of many products, but I still have a 32 amp Bosch dumb EVSE that I got for free when we bought our 2014 Chevy Spark EV and it's worked flawlessly to charge all 6 different brand EVs we've had since then, and continues to perfectly charge our Mach-E. I'm actually afraid of it ever dying because I don't want to deal with all the complications of the new EVSEs that people seem to have ?

Hi - I’ve had my ‘21 MME for almost 2 years with virtually no issues. I traveled from NY to Philly this morning and plugged into the charger at the hotel, and five minutes later I had a charging fault. Then a high voltage battery warning and power train malfunction on my display. The car would not reset the codes as per the instructions here. Only once have I used a charger outside of my house cord mobile charger (level 2). I feel stuck - should I just go to a dealer? Or is there anything they can do OTA to get me enough charge to get home?
