I'm in same boat (excuse pun), dealer is in Edinburgh (well was supposed to be Falkirk not sure how that happened) and I cant get an invoice that Energy Saving Trust will accept and I'm fully expecting the car just to show up with only a day or so notice imminently and be stuck with 3KW charging for a few weeks.... super frustrating.
You dealing with George at Peoples? I having similar issue. Managed to resolve it though and get an order form from him that EST will accept. Get back on the blower to him!

@BlackheathDiggs @Iwantonenow could you both possibly get an update from Hannah? As all 3 of us were on the Grande Florida we should be at the same stage and as you can see from the above it would appear I’ve got stuck for a week! Would be interesting to know if it’s just me, or you as well!
Hi, I got a similar update on Friday (in stage 2, but not mention of stage 3, and that those checks should be done by the end of the month). I've been tracking the F12 codes on the various Ford pages and mine and a significant update on Tuesday this week when it went back into "Transport" mode and shows up has having a new software update package installed. No action since then, and I'm checking each day to see if anyone's been in it. I'm hoping it's setting there ready to get on a boat to Flushing. I asked my dealer for an update last week but heard nothing as yet...i'll give Hannah another shout next time I see some data updates that suggest onward movement somewhere!

Hannah has informed me mine is in the UK but it has a long journey still and a sea to cross to get to Belfast. So I'm still a few weeks from delivery.
Good news indeed! Mine not due till end of June/Early July. Presumably yours arrived to Antwerp on one of the earlier ships. Mine arrived there 22nd April from Grande Florida.

Must be on the Ford naughty list. Sent off a round of emails this week to various people at Ford just trying to get some information on the blue FE, and I've had no responses at all. First time I've been hit with radio silence.

Are they actually looking into it for me
this time, or is it easier to ignore difficult questions? ?

Still the white car is on the New Jersey at least, but I'd rather not have it...

Yes, George who seems like a decent chap. That's interesting though, I escalated this to the moon and he wont budge.

How long ago did you manage to get that, best I could get was a VISTA screenshot and an email which EST rejcted,

I’ve never been able to get anything from the F12 method! My ETIS date has never changed from the manufacture date of 25/2 either.

So I check the F12 function and see it is still frozen. However, I checked the remote ford thingy and it has now returned this:

The emphisis here is on "TRANSPORT" but what I find strange is the TappsDateTime has not updated from when I last tried to gain access on my Ford pass app.

Has anyone got any idea what this could mean?

Does anyone have Hannahs Email?

My dealer expects my car on his lot next week, he's going to call me when it arrives so I can go in and finish off the paper work, pay deposit, etc. Then I should be able to actually pick it up 48 hours later. Hoping I get the call, Monday, Tuesday, might have the car at home by the weekend.

Yes, I think ETIS data can be temperamental (some people with progress to the UK have seen no changes). Mine's still on 1st December 2020 even though I know updates have been made (yes, why my car isn't landing in the UK right now with other December builds I don't know...i'm trying not to be too jealous lol).
