I have to give a huge shout-out to my Ford dealership, Lawton’s of Tadcaster, near York. I’m based near Liverpool and bought my ME AWD XR used from them at the beginning of the year. They just performed the HVBJB recall update on my car and went above and beyond to update all the available software updates for the vehicle. They are knowledgeable about the Mach-e and have sold quite a few. It’s a small family owned dealership with genuinely lovely and passionate staff. It’s so hard finding good dealerships that really understand the Mach-E. I really can’t recommend them enough if you’re thinking of buying a Mach-e or upgrading in the future. I’m more than happy taking a day trip to York every so often knowing the service will be first rate.

At last. Someone else who has found a good dealer. That makes 2 of us. Glad you have had a good experience with yours. Mine has been looking after my needs for 30 years.

Just had another update. Second in 2 days.

Got the horn and lights button with this latest one.
And for me today. :) Hope this means there will be a flurry of updates to get 21/22 cars to the same level. (Trying to be optimistic)...

I think there must be something wrong with my car because apart from soon after picking up the car in July last year, I've not had any successful OTA's. I had the process at the dealer in June for those stuck on 1.6 and was on the latest version after that, but I'm not receiving any of the updates others on here have talked about in the last few days! ?

Morning all, I'm now due my 36000 mile service (did I read somewhere that the service intervals have changed?). I'm stuck on 1.6, I need the windscreen done as well as the service, which is basically them checking the tread depth as far as I can see! And I'm looking for recommendations for a good dealer within 30 miles of Harlow (I used Gates at Harlow and won't be going there again if I can possibly help it). Cheers

Like a few of you I'm still stuck on 1.6.1 ! Despite the dealer having 2 attempts to sort it... I'll be chasing them up in a few days as their September rush should have quietened down.

I am still struggling to see exactly what has changed since I received the last 2 updates. Had 22-PU-0727-V1-FXA on 6 Sept and 22-PU0706-SCH-POPA on 8 Sept. The only thing that stands out, and I'm not sure when it changed, is my Sync version. I am now on 22177 Revision 473. Anyone notice any other changes?

I'm on the same Sync version as you after the last 2 updates. I have noticed that the System Information screen software version has changed from 1.44.61 to 1.50.58 and the Navigation Version has changed from 1.284.60 to 1.304.59 plus I now have the Horn/Lights button on FordPass. Don't ask me how I got to the System Information screen as it was just blind luck navigating the menus! I think it was buried amongst the Sat Nav options screens. It does appear that maps are probably updating on the fly.

Same here. Although mine is only 3 months old, it hasn’t had any updates at all and the screen states that my car is up to date. I have no idea other than Sync Software Version 21297 Revision 253 what power up version I have. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The issue with the updates is that not all cars get the same updates, the updates don't go out at the same time and some updates may be done by dealers if your car has gone in for something else. For instance, an AWD car might need updates that a RWD car doesn't and vice versa. So because I have a certain update someone else might not need it. I would hazard a guess that the newer cars should be more up to date so require less updates. My dealer checks my car is up to date if it goes in for any work etc. But then I have got a GOOD dealer.

Thanks for the information and will wait and see if and when I get an OTA update. Whilst I am not unhappy with my dealer, they haven’t been put to the test as my only contact with them has been for the Contactor Recall. They carried this out, without any problems. Hopefully, I won’t have to put them to the test?

contact with them was for the Contactor Recall.

Why, have you received it? Nothing exciting for the UK as we don't have BC. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Power-Up_Version_History
I wouldn't put ANY faith in this wiki list. My sync at the moment is 22177/473 which isn't even listed on the list and according to the list 22087/415 was/should've been issued Jan 22. I got it July 22. Leads me to believe that this list is for US only especially as some relate to blue cruise, which we don't get.
