I am trying to find a few things regarding my Mach E delivery.

I had a confirmation it is built and on its way. I have a VIN and an 8 digit order number on my ford account but when I try to find a window sticker or find out any shipping details, nothing is being returned. Any ideas?

Hey, thanks for the fast response. I ordered my Mach E online late October 2020 (at Ford.co.uk) . I confirmed my order on 11/12/2020 and I got notification last week it was built.

I have a VIN number and my online 8 digit order number.

I haven't contacted Ford. The guy I deal with is on furlough still.

On the Tracker, my "Primary Status" now says "Delivered" - if only!!!

Same here...and it says "Final Delivery Date" 15.03.2021. Just checked my garage...no Mach E there ?
Does anybody know if our cars are shipped by Grimaldi only?

Why not email the sales dept at your dealer and ask them to check vista?

How nice would that be. I have until 21/05/2021 to wait for mine to be delivered. From my past experience with two Mustangs (GT and EcoBoost) They have always improved on time.

I am keeping my eye out on the roads now to see if any Mach Es are about. Not sure if It is too early yet.

Just received from my dealer. Not good news

Good afternoon Grahame,

After a week of waiting Ford UK finally communicated about the OLEV Grant and its effect on pre-orders, unfortunately it’s not good news, they have investigated and as it stands currently the government will only accept grants back dated for orders that were placed between the 17th of February and the 18th of March that can be proven with digital orders signed and contracts for cars within those dates. Leaving most of Fords Mach-E pre-orders without the protection of the grant.

Ford are apparently lobbying the government to extend that back to cover all pre-existing preorders but there is no guarantee they get any support and as it stands that leaves us with no support from the government for all orders placed before the 17th of February. If anything develops from this I will let you know straight away.

On a brighter note, Vista is saying my first units from the first boat have arrived in Antwerp so yours cannot be far behind!

My dealer had the same message and I think this applies to anyones cars that were on the grande houston or are on the MSC IMMACOLATA.
Some good news I have booked a test drive at BSM orpington on 17th April. Anyone nearby they still have slots on the 16th and 17th still available.

Thanks for the tip on the test drives! I've booked a slot there on 17th April!
