Has anyone lost access to the Ford remote set up page that you can access via the vehicle’s profile on the dashboard? Has always worked for me, but not disappeared, so I can’t F12 it to find my “tappsdate” info - maybe it’s because it’s in the middle of its updates Antwerp?!

Hi Ant379! Well all we need to know now is what the heck it means! It feels positive, though doesn't it? If the gobStatusDate was July I'd be gutted (without really knowing why!)

I dont really know. I did track my car come over on the Grande Halifax and berthed in Antwerp on 18/04. Since then I presume it is still there as it hasn't updated.

Technically, my car is not delayed because the delivery date has always been 21/05/21.

Yes, I ordered it when I placed the order for the car i.e. I ticked the box under "charging options - request a quote to install Ford Wallbox". I don't think it's ever been showing on the Ford Website as "in stock".

Ford has outsourced this to British Gas - sounds odd I know, but they have established an EV Team, who have been very good indeed. The chargers arrived in Germany a couple of weeks ago, and have finally reached the UK!

That's fantastic, thank you. I knew British Gas were installing them, but didn't realise you could order one through them as well. Much easier than dealing with Ford themselves.

Yes, I noticed this too - although I hadn't actually set up anything or activated the car.

It's still available via the App but, obviously, no F12 as such ?

Not sure why they would change that ..... other than to stop us delving where we shouldn't ?

What's the current status of your car?

It charges at 7.2Kw

Am mid quality checks in Antwerp - should be done by the end of the month according to Hannah.

7kw is what I assume most chargers will run at.

Twice the max from a standard socket and that's why we don't charge from a socket as it would take ages.

Mine disappeard when the car got into the country. Alsogot a new automated email from Ford telling me to get ready to recive the car (1 week since arrival in the country).

You can stil access it by going straight to remotesetup.ford.com and logging in there.

Unfortunately it appears my tappsDateTime hasn't changed since 12/05 when it arrived in Flushing. So unlikely I'm on the ship of dreams to Dagenham this morning!
