For those who had their car arrive into Antwerp on the Grande New Jersey on 10th June. I had a status of Compound Out on the 14Th June and nothing since. Then this morning a notification that my Ford Pass had activated. On investigation I can see that my car is 75% charged as of today. Last updates showing as 17th June and complete. The location is still at the docks in Antwerp as per the update when the Ford Pass activated. Just hoping that the car is now on a transporter to Flushing Will check back later

Mine was on that boat and have had it go compound in, out and back in with the last update on June 17th. Been told of a dealer eta at the end of July. Hoping I don’t have any big QC issues ??

Oh forget about the last post. I think as the car can have a flat 12v battery maybe they need the frunk access to be mechanical so you can get to the battery.

That's not the reason. If you have a flat 12v battery you can't open the doors to get to the lever. You have to open the little port on the drivers side bumper, connect a booster to the wires inside to open the frunk. Then you can put the booster onto the 12v battery to open the doors and start the car.

Anyone with a MME tried to charge with an OHME home charger yet?

I live in Bodmin- When we moved here in 2017 I had a Leaf, always charged at home, never anywhere else! There's not a lot of chargers here (tbh I'll never need them so I don't take a lot of notice...) But There's a couple in an obscure carpark in the centre of Newquay, another in Camelford and a couple at Newquay Airport. All rapid chargers but I think 50kw. Sure there's more, zap-map will show you. As it happens I have a L2 charger on my drive so if you get stuck give me a call, pm me and I'll give you my number!

We’ll be staying in Truro if you wanted to pop down for a little test drive in mine at any point.

Anyone with a MME tried to charge with an OHME home charger yet?

Thats what I have. Works Splendidly and I'm with Octopus Energy on the GO Tariff. I have mine set to not charge above 5P per Kilowatt. so it doesn't matter if the cable is plugged in, it only charges between 12.30 and 4.30AM. So I don't need to bother about scheduling using the Stupid excuse for an app called FordPass.

Just had a look at a couple of Osprey charging charge points near to me. On the FordPass charging network card it is 42p/kwh. Before I went there, seeing a customer nearby, I thought I would check on the Osprey charging website. Glad I did, they only charge 36p/kwh for contactless. Just goes to show that it is best to plan your charging stops beforehand if you can and check prices.

Hi @ramcd which dealer are you using? @Dieeasysteve was Lisburn and believes that they have received 3 customer MMEs now. I'm Belfast (newtownards road) and they confirmed last week they have not received one customer car yet. Mine arrived antwerp 22nd April and was told on June 10th it was in Flushing but I am deeply suspect that it has not even reached UK yet.

I'm Belfast (newtownards road) and they confirmed last week they have not received one customer car yet. Mine arrived antwerp 22nd April and was told on June 10th it was in Flushing but I am deeply suspect that it has not even reached UK yet.

Mine will be the first in NI, Ford Lisburn has 2 customer cars (including mine) and one of there own for demo. Newtownards road has yet to receive any, I believe they are due next week. I think ford Lisburn are passing on the info from getting my car ready to newtownard road ford. Do hopefully everyone else will have a easier process.

I got an 'update' from my dealer today. Car is in Antwerp, expected by the end of July. So not really an update. Nothing I didn't know already. Im seeing mention of tapps, so I did that and the dates are today and yesterday, but i'll be honest, I dont really know what that means. If anyone can explain the tapps website and why its useful id appreciate that.

I am Newtownards Road too, given up trying to get any info from them? If Iget any updates will let you know Their whole system is very poor
