Still no change for me since yesterday.
My dealer has confirmed my Vista is now showing DAGTOPS so I've made it to Dagenham! ETA to dealer by the end of next week.

Going to bore you all with a quick pic of my boot, yep pic of boot.

The boot liner is the Lidl/Aldi Ebay £7 version it works ok but as I like to have it ride up the rear seats slightly it then doesn't quite reach the boot sill (will make a decision later on whether to fit the Ford one) also the boot net is a real benefit fits perfect (I also carry a fold up box again from my local Lidl) ps the Butter & spray are not normally there. The other bag is a suction roof rack..

The Ford Type2 charging cable is so much thicker than any of my other Type2 cables (32A) I'm sure its secondary perpose is as a tow rope!

Great news! End in sight for you. When did yours arriving Flushing? I'd like to give Ford the timelines of other cars compared to mine. I believe mine has been in flushing since 31st May & is still there!!!

Day 2 of the road trip. Have now done 402 miles. Used a geniepoint charger today. Put in 28 Kw for a total cost of £9.17. Add that to the £10 ish from yesterday the trip so far has cost a tad under £20. By now I would have had to fill up my Kuga for £65 ish. Used Geniepoint app which was fairly good. Only problem was that there were 2 outlets, the app asked you to select 1 or 2 but neither were numbered. Helpful. Got there in the end. Still averaging 4.1 miles/kwh. Happy with that.

Just heard back from my dealer and the same, fingers crossed my car is due to my dealer next week and then I can arrange collection.

Finally getting closer!

My dealer has had the car for weeks and weeks. Still not sorted for pick up.

@BazzaFFC @Smuddell It could mean we are all in the same shipment . I have had a lot of activations on my car recently which is a change from previous weeks.
I come over on the Grande Halifax and been in Antwerp since 18th April.

I've got my car yesterday and I am missing the alarm system.
I have RWD ER without any packages.
But alarm system should be standard equipment (so the price list).

So my question:
What is your lifecyclestatus after you got the car?

Hi @Holy Driver

My status changed to "Normal" after the car was PDI'd by the dealer - I think they should take it out of "transport" mode which limits a lot of the car (speed etc., I think - I'm sure someone will correct me if not ?)

Can you please clarify what you mean by "no packages" - and no alarm?

Have you actually picked the car up from your dealer and were able to drive it home?

It sounds as though they might not have completed the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) checks correctly ?

If you have the RWD extended range then that is how it comes?

Yes I've has loads of changes on mine, compound in and out.
Of the top of Mt head mine have been in Antwerp since May.
Hoping it now doesnt take long to get from Dagenham to the dealer.

After several rants on twitter, Ford UK are now Direct Mesaging me. I've supplied my order number and explained my utter dissatisfaction on the Customer Exoerience front, play off between "Ford" and 'Dealer". I am promised a response on Monday... we will see.
Next step for me is CEO office at Ford UK if there are no answers next week. I just had to spend £4.5k on a run around car to bridge between our current lease and the 2 month late mustang..... this is real money and stress.

I started to email the CEO, Lisa Brankin, about 2 months ago. I also emailed the CEO of Ford Int, William Ford, Henry’s great grandson.

Sorry to say but neither of them could give a flying f**k.

They are ignorant, useless and arrogant.

Lisa Brankin got the Executive Office to respond to me. They are all as useful as a chocolate tea pot!

Sorry to dampen your optimism but, as far as complaints go, nobody in Ford gives a s**t.

My next stop is the automotive press. See if they can do anything.
