If you're coming from Hull and coming clockwise around M60 you might as well give Tesco Extra in Stockport a go. Zapmap currently reports problems with charger but Tesco is right next to the M60. Also there's a charger in car park in Cheadle, Massie St 5mins from M60. If you do try the latter let perhaps you would let me know, I live 10 mins away and haven't seen a MME yet - ordered blind back in March and still waiting.

Mind you, it’s been like that for a while now as the main status page has remained stuck on shipping hold ever since and keeps missing the “next scheduled” boat. Either the site’s being inaccurate or my car is part of the recent issues with chip shortages that have seen US customers receive 6 week delay emails (although as the status is shipped, I’d be surprised if that were the case); or things are just really busy at the port?

Did anyone else have a similar length of time waiting to get loaded on a boat?

I assume you got this from 'where is my MME .com' ?

Just be aware that it is laughably out of date. I just checked minr and it seems to think it's still in Antwerp. In fact it arrived at Dagenham last week and is expected at my dealers today or tomorrow! I hope to pick it up next week.

Are you tracking the Christiana? That can be fun...

haha I am indeed, I work offshore so vessel tracking isn’t something new to me ?!! It’s currently sitting in Veracruz and I’m refreshing my wheresmymme frantically waiting for it to move ?!
I thought it was initially due onto the Torino and was super excited tracking that and when the car didn’t move for the first 5 days I thought I was on to a winner however it moved and I’ve been waiting on the Cristiana ever since ?!!

Yes, I also had a successful update as you showed (finally!) whilst down in deepest Dorset for a few days. Along with the latest FordPass (3.27.1) we now have the SecuriAlert facility ?

I note in the US there are various other facilities introduced with the FordPass 3.28 (and presumably further OTA updates) ?

Just a quick question for you, if I may.

Did you check the Version number on the Nav Settings/System Info screen? Mine still shows 1.37.71

The Sync version still shows as 21139 and revision 263.

Just a possible thought, haven't a clue if it would cause your problem, but have you installed the little 3D printed piece to stop the door opening too far? I'm just wondering whether it also puts more strain on the door at the closing point?

Although mine doesn't open or close first time every time either. I am also concerned about how long-lasting the whole door set-up is. I did feed back to Hannah that as a future improvement it really needs a locking mechanism as well as the local kids have discovered how to open it, and all she said was " Unfortunately the charging flap does not have a lock function available. " - I already knew that, I was saying it needs one!!!

I was just wondering about your mention above that the local kids have been opening the charge port door ?

Have you actually seen them, or has it been open when you have returned to the car?

I only ask as this morning the charge port door was open on my car ..... despite the car being locked and defintely no kids opened it. Somehow, it had just opened overnight ?

Could that possibly have been the case with you?
