Both. The car will restrict what it will accept depending on battery temp. Not driver changeable. The charger will restrict what it can send and also what the car will receive. Ambient temperature ( it looks cold) will also be determining factor as well as how much charge is left in the battery when you start the session. You will also probably find that as you are a non Tesla using a Tesla charger they also restrict the amount of power that you get so as not to lessen the power to the Tesla's that are charging in the background.My beauty with some beasts just now charging at Trumpington Tesla. Is there a setting in the car that restricts speed or is that up to the charger? Was getting around 56kw/h max.
