The price list on the ford site still states the 'tracker' in the spec - has anyone seen any confirmation or whatever in todays tons of literature regarding this?

The price list on the ford site still states the 'tracker' in the spec - has anyone seen any confirmation or whatever in todays tons of literature regarding this?
I asked the concierge team a couple of weeks ago about it and was told that it wasn't a tracker. This was their reply


I have had it confirmed that there is not a tracker on the vehicle. Apologies for this confusion and for brining it to our attention as this is obviously misleading.

some good news.... Aviva, quotemehappy and general accident are now showing on gocompare.

bads news is that all their excesses are £400 to £450

They've got enough problems as it is without trying to change the spec list. Judging by what's happening with the website I think they are trying to get the confirmation system up and running

Maybe they thought Ford pass app car locator constituted a tracker!

I'm now at £400 with a £450 excess on gocompare and even if I put mileage at 20k a year.

So, I’ve been in touch with the concierge regarding my lack of emails.

She apologised as she had been assured that the problem had been fixed. She has emailed the team responsible once again.

She also told me that they should be sending the emails to convert orders out tomorrow. She’s going to email me once they’ve gone to check if I get it.

So hopefully there’s some news for @portlandg tomorrow??

The concierge also said that you should be able to convert by logging into your account and that the email won’t be needed.

No time was given for when the website would be ready though! ?
