Looks like Texas is the place to be. Proximity to Mexico helps.
Maybe the cars in Texas were quietly recalled.
And maybe there isn't a recall because the cars affected are already identified and not sold.

My TX MME delivery a few weeks from now (to a dealer 20 miles from the one in the tweet) is currently slated by Rail. That said it’s still “Awaiting Shipment” so maybe that will change now.
