Is it possible to believe all of that? Maybe they just put them on there to scare other drivers to stay away.
Yes, "they" can believe all that. I have met quite a few of "them". Scares me a LOT.

Does anyone know the approximate capacity of a typical rail transport?
Something like 20 MME will fit in a rail car, and they can pull 400 rail cars at once = 8000 per transport.

I made those numbers up, but if anyone has real numbers....

I would be interested to see if they are staging everything for one giant train, or we're past that already?
I loaded train is closer to 100 cars. Looks like the Mach-e is too tall for a triple-deck autorack. Need to be doubles. 5 deep, 10 per car, as best as I can tell.

The rail spur at the plant holds 30 autoracks. Getting a full allotment of rail cars in and out of there is a chore in itself (the rail cars have to be coordinated for where the're coming from too). I'd guess 30 is probably a day's load (300 MMEs).

Living near DC they migrate to the area periodically ?

So, any action at the plant this week? Seems to me they need to move some finished product out now if they have any shot at even a few end of December deliveries. Also what about current production? Is it moving along and scaling up any yet?

Weather modification!
yes I am running out of "off-topic" tickets but anyway in the most recent Fallout 76 (video game) downloadable content (DLC) you find out that the giant telescope in the game (the ATLAS Observatory) is actually a weather modification device to make it snow on enemies or whatever. ?

Food Not Bombs is a great organization that helps to feed the homeless... that's quite different from Q theory.

Today the cars get moved to train cars right? ;)

Maybe not but some will try

But no place to go. :( F covid!
I just happened to check my "Spending Summary" this morning for my credit card. I spent $197 for gas back in January. Since March, I've spent $170.

Pretty safe to say that those of us that have had ours built already and are in SoCal probably won't see these in 2020 if they haven't already started shipping. Especially if the rumored 3 week delivery estimates are true.

It's disappointing for sure. My build date was Monday, and I thought for sure some would already be shipped by then. Looks like almost no customer cars will be delivered in 2020.

Looks like it. Even if they load today and its two weeks delivery we are talking Dec 31 - very unlikely unless the travel time is much shorter

Muddying the picture further is that many of the ones built in Oct-Nov backing up on the lot are FCTP demos. So even if batches of MMEs ship out soon (or maybe some already have in recent days), good chance many/most will be FCTPs.

I'd guess a few buyers may get delivery by New Years, but probably very few. They should be showing up in waves in January though. It's too bad tax ramifications come into play, creating frustrations for some.
