Nothing about this car I hate. There are things that annoy me , but I still look forward and make up reasons to drive this car after 10.k. The only reasons to not recommend this vehicle might be related to general EV fit for your lifestyle or if the HVJB turns into a long term reliability issue. My 2 cents , YMMV.

I don’t “hate” anything about the Mach-E, and the original video honestly seems like minor complaints and overblown.

Obviously, my biggest complaint is the sword of Damacles of HVJB failure hanging over all of the 2021 (and some of the 2022) cars. Ford should just proactively replace them, the software band-aid SVS fix is still not the right way.

I don’t believe this was meant to be a fix as much as just being able to drive the car to the dealer when the software detects a failure. I’m one of the lucky ones (lol) and got mine replaced when it failed. No tow involved.

Yeah, the software patch seems to have worked as intended. We have seen some reports of SSN due to the HVBJB, but it appears that the SVS is seen much more often.

The problem is that Ford submitted the software “fix” as a solution to the NHTSA recall. That brings with it some expectations. For many, the expectations are not met.

People sure do love to complain about things. But this is the Internet, so I suppose that's what it's for. Complaining about things they have the power to change if they really "hate" it that much is sad to me. There are other cars available out there in the world, you know.

The last sentence sounds like the "if you don't like it here, move to Canada" line that so many throw out there. Where in reality, the folks with the issues as simply asking or suggesting ways to make it better.

If I hated anything about my car, I would not have purchased it. If I were stupid enough to purchase a car with things I hate, then I would sell it. And I would not be hanging out here.

Most of the items on his list would have been unknown to a buyer prior to actually owning the car. So knowing you hated or disliked it (pick your word here) would have been impossible prior to the purchase.
