People sure do love to complain about things. But this is the Internet, so I suppose that's what it's for. Complaining about things they have the power to change if they really "hate" it that much is sad to me. There are other cars available out there in the world, you know.

There is a difference between complaining and providing feedback. I think most of the folks are doing the later. Most of them still like their car. So I think it's a good thing. Hopefully a Ford engineer will read this and make design improvements.

Silly me for thinking that this year's model would have the same features as last years.

Unfortunately, only part of the 2022 model year had hands-free opening for the trunk. It's a nice feature even if it often doesn't work quite right (for me).

If I hated anything about my car, I would not have purchased it. If I were stupid enough to purchase a car with things I hate, then I would sell it. And I would not be hanging out here.

I put this thread on ignore because it's just a troll feeding frenzy and I wasn't interested in all the negativity. Unfortunately it still shows up in the summary at the top of the forum, so I still have to see it.

If I hate something, I do everything I can to excise it from my life. Life's too short to carry that around.

I hate that it can't tie a phone to a profile. My wife and I both drive the car and it never pairs the correct phone. Should be a very simple thing to program.

The car can pair to two phones at the same time. It is a feature.

Correct, but it doesn't. Phones and profiles have been my biggest pain point with the GTP and my Premium before it.

For example... I will go down to the garage to leave and it recognizes my phone as a key but then connects to my wife's phone upstairs for phone and music. I then have to manually connect mine.

There's a mod to add the frunk button to a MME key. I've had a working frunk button on mine for about 2 months now

I hate how hard it takes to close the Frunk. I now get it though. So that the aero doesn't get affected.

If they can improve on that design. I would use it more.

I think that is the point. The thread isn't "dislike", it is "hate". Big difference.

Maybe our news media and politicians have so destroyed the meaning of the word "hate" that it really means "sort of dislike" now?

Jim’s car (and most other 2021 Job 1 cars) doesn’t have the SW to open the frunk. An F150 Lightning key will do him no good. ?‍?
