What's going on, Ford? Eleven months without OTA updates.

Honestly, the more the merrier with this issue. I think the more of us that show up with the same people, the faster Ford will fix it.

Are your mirrors set to auto-unfold? Look in the vehicle settings.

How long is your car set to leave the headlights on? That's in the settings, too.

Have you checked the manual for these things?

OTAs once again started rolling out this week. There were two priority updates (those with a PU other numbering). We should start seeing general release of these and many others over the next few weeks. In the FWIW department I received updates on Wednesday and again on Friday. Those both installed without issue.

But do you think this will address people like me and others who got stuck in the past?

My 22 MME Premium has had no updates since August. However I had 10k service performed in December and they told me they did some software updates but didn't specify which ones. The only noticeable change is that my GOM is totally out of whack. Until the 10k service it was reasonably accurate. Since then, it is nuts. For example going up a gentle 1/4 mile-long hill causes a loss of about 8 miles of range (never did that before). Range loss on a trip on relatively flat roads is nearly double the actual distance. Any suggestions?

Also, I received a notice from Ford last summer that my Blue cruise would be updated to V1.3 by November. That never happened and no follow up from Ford. Suggestions?

That's the truth. Ford is a legacy automaker that doesn't care nor understand software, and doesn't believe in improving existing cars and owners' experiences.

Not a bit. Haven’t seen where anyone else has had any luck with the same issue either.

In a few months my warranty runs out, so I’m running out of time to get this fixed.

Finally, not that I really cared, after 13 months I received an OTA today. It was the 24 -PU0102-SVD-FX Connectivity update. Haven’t driven much this summer as I have been out of state providing medical care. Updated on first drive after retuning home today.

I've been receiving updates more normally now, after long 12 months. I'm on 6.4.0 now. Still ways to go to be up to date (BlueCruise 1.3/6.14.0).
