The main issue my wife has at this time is that when she gets into the car, most of the time the settings we set up for her work. But when they don't, I get blamed....

Please make the all the profile settings, especially the auto seat adjustment, save and work EVERY TIME!!!!

Mine would be to understand why European MME vehicles get a trailer hitch, but here in the USA, we don't. I am not asking to haul a 10,000 pond boat. But I would like to be able to get a bike carrier that attaches through a Ford approved and supplied hitch.

Gave up on PaaK. Bought a second fob.

But I really am happy with this car!!!!

OK, Mach E Owners - we know that Ford folks monitor this Forum, but with the Mach E, F-150 Lightning, Bronco, etc., they are busy peeps. So - what is the ONE THING you would ask Ford to improve or correct?
Me - fix the sound system Fader button - it automatically resets every time I start. I'm using the work-around described on another thread, but please - isn't that an easy OTA update? And - the fact that this is my "ONE THING" - let's you know I am enjoying my Mach E - it is an amazingly awesome driving/ownership experience.

Absolutely this! Our five year old Lexus does this with the front camera coming on at about 12mph. Sometimes this is slightly annoying at traffic lights but it is inconceivable this is not available in an EV which is specifically designed to be driven forward in to charging stations. Having the camera come on with the parking sensors is far too late to be truly useful.

secondly is all the sync4a bugs. sure would be great for the satellite radio alerts to actually work. You know, like they do with sync3.

An easy to reach hard button works well here too. My Acura has a button at the end of the wiper stalk. One jab and if I'm below about 10 mph, the front cameras and 360º camera appear literally instantly. There's no futzing around on a touch screen to make it happen as you're pulling into a space and have a quick "oh damn" moment when you're worried about clearance.

I'm having the same issue with Ford Pass not detecting the Bluetooth signal and preventing use of PAAK for starting. I visited the dealer this weekend and told them about SSM 49730 and to make sure the RFM is updated. I don't think the tech did the update, stating that "no error codes were shown" so no work performed. Can I get a Ford rep or service engineer to contact the dealer with instructions on what needs to be done? Dealer info and issue status available directly or via this post follow up...

I see you have given up on phone as a key, and are using 2 fobs if I am understanding you correctly. If this is correct, when the car seems to forget your wife’s settings, do you have your fob in the car? It could be that the car is going with the primary driver when it senses multiple drivers. ?‍

All this is good news to me. I'm still 2-3 weeks from getting my MME, but I've arranged to get a second FOB and don't plan on using PAAK. Most of these complaints are so minor. SnBGC, how does driving in L affect the range? The sensitive brakes are my main concern and having the brakes and the creeping toned down may give me the driving characteristic I'm accustomed to.

make the volume dial on the centre screen adaptable to the feature you are currently using on the screen. eg…. When I switch to the A/C Heating screen, why not temporarily let the volume dial become a fan speed control. And when you switch out of the A/C Heating screen, revert the dials function back to volume.

3. Heating temperature seems low, and takes long time to heat the cabin, and that also consumes tons of battery, while stationary or in motion.

Are your vents open? That was a common problem for some to begin. Black roller wheel in the middle of the vents.

For me the biggest thing was improve the dealership experience. There are some crappy dealers out there and this was a massive chance for ford to clean that up. The ones charging over MSRP and truly screwing up the service they need to clean it up.
On the Mach E with 70% being bought by non ford customers means that a screw up here has much longer term effects instead a chance to steal a bunch of customers.

That and for the Mach E adding a hitch option to it. Even if it only can tow 1500 lb. The biggest reason I want one is for a bike rack and the once every 8 years I need to tow a small trailer with less than 1500 lb of crap in it.
