OTA 1.6.0 Power-Up Installed

I honestly don’t think I’ve received one OTA update. I check and it says system is up to date. I have the car connected to my wifi and still nothing.
Has anyone figured out how to force an OTA?

I got the update yesterday... finally regular updates from last release. I never received regular updates before.

Servers have been dead for awhile here. Tried to set up charging thru phone "fordpass is not responding" error.

I’ve been getting the same message for several days when trying to save a securialert schedule. I just turned it off instead. Servers being down this long are not good.

I’ve never seen this “go away”

It went away on my sometime between OTA number 2 and Powerup 1.4.0. No clue if the 1.4.0 info is still showing though.

If you (or anyone else) sends me their VIN I can check if you have gotten any OTAs in the past 90 days.

Thank you for the info it makes me understand it is not an isolated problem. The car works fine with no contact.

Do you think the off on font for the Securialert is large enough? I set a schedule to only bug me at night but just got the message out of schedule? Not a biggie for us that are set up but for those trying to set it up right now I can see some possible frustration. Ford may be in scramble mode. Some form of gremlins me thinks.

I set the charging schedule in the car Thursday today the app still is not sync'd. Not messing too much with that schedule it is managed in the car and is honored. I think an sobdmc fixed that but still not trying to confuse.

All working gr8 here right now you can tell when I start to get foobar2000 up on the big monitor I don't have too many probs. Starting to see what it can do with this new OS. Replay gain already there prior to dropping them on the phone. Gr8 car.

Oh, you mean the message in FordPass. I thought you meant the message on the Sync screen. Yes, after a couple of days, the message after I got the 1.4.0 Power Up went away in FordPass. It still is displayed in Sync.

And the AP Config ends in -AKB
I took delivery March 30.

I would guess they had a problem installing or just with 14.0 because my car showed it tried to install a bunch of times and was never able to successfully install. Car is in the shop the parking brake locked up hope to have it back soon

Might want to make an appointment with the dealer and see if they can check and see why those keep failing. Might be a hardware or software issue they can fix.

Starting with the third it is labeled with power up 1.4. If it notified you it was updated but just says up to date it is most likely one of the first 2.

I never got a message in FP (that I saw) re 1.4. I did for the first two.

The Sync notifications for the first two disappeared and reverted back to “up to date” after a few days. 1.4 is still showing in Sync over a week later.

So the update messaging seems to be working differently. Sync should always display the current OTA you’re on, so hopefully Ford made that change.

I took a trip to the Grand Canyon this weekend, and got the 1.4.0 OTA while parked at the hotel overnight. That was my first one.

It's there right now, my parking brake is broken. It won't release. I asked them to look into the upgrade
