Nope. You could try towing your MME with the transmission in reverse and see what happens. I read that is how they tow charged early Rivian prototypes. But probably it would cause serious damage. Give it a shot and let us know if it works!
I was wondering the same thing. The UK version has a front hook, the US version does not. But there are tow points that can use hook adapters.
I have reconsidered my smart-ass response and I think if you can find a way to pull the car, you should be able to tow charge. In theory, putting the car in drive and letting someone pull it should be similar to letting the motors slow down the car when you take your foot off the go-pedal. You would just want to be sure you are rolling and the brake is off before the towing starts.

never had to try..... although I was close on my last trip to northern nm. It's a long way between chargers up there, and I had an off-grid install job way in the forest by Chama. fortunately, I got a L1 charge all day on the job site while working.

Laterally thinking, at Ready mode, in drive, park brake released under tow conditions how does car know the difference between being towed and running on overrun regenerating battery ????
