ANOTHER Stop Safely Now (MME GT)

Was on my way home, and now here I am waiting on the side of the road with stop safely now. HVB and power train errors.

2933 miles
Was an October Build (Job 2)

@Ford Motor Company - I’m at a busy intersection. My car is beautiful and it’s getting a lot of eyes, and will be stared at as it gets towed.

What is the deal with these issues?

You need to be reporting this to the NTSB, this is becoming a daily occurrence and a dangerous situation. From reading the great Mac/Cheese thread there seems to be no obvious common thread among all these. Hopefully Ford will be proactive and do a recall before something bad happens (not discounting Mac/Cheese towing situation

Unfortunately, it's not software related. At this point, the entire battery needs to be dropped out of the vehicle and the High Voltage Junction Box and the computer that controls the battery needs to be replaced. Maybe ford will come up with a better solution soon but, as of right now, I'm pretty sure that this is the only (possibly temporary) solution.

Mine did the same thing. Don't trust it. It will probably happen again and may not turn back on. Drive it straight to the dealer right now, if you're still able, and demand a repair and a loaner until ford engineers can give your dealer the green light that your vehicle is safe to drive.

Happened while I was driving. Tapped the brakes to turn off cruise control and coasted to stop on 1PD. Felt 1PD disengage and these warnings popped up.

@Ford Motor Company I think you and your team here have seen plenty of these issues now. If you haven’t already, it may be time to alert the appropriate team that something seems to be very wrong.

Also, I almost never see another MME around me. Of course today, the tow was behind this one almost the whole way to the dealer.

They pulled up next to us at one point. Loved the color, and wanted to know what was wrong…. And then told us she was going to call her husband.
