Day 3 Update: It will be at least another day, likely more according to the service manager.Update - The dealer called after day 2. They aren't done and need it a third day. I'll update later today. (I left the step by step instructions this time)

The good news: The dealer has reached out to the Engineers at Ford.
The Bad news: As it is explained by my service manager (who does not speak IT) There is some kind of communications problem between the Ford server or configuration that they see and what is seen in my car.
I feel bad for the tech assigned to my car because they are ~20 shop hours into this without resolution but am hopeful the dealer will get it solved.
The score is still OTA 0 Dealer 0
