This morning, my dealer says that it has verified the priority code is 10 on my order.
That's good news. I still kind of can't believe you haven't been scheduled yet, hopefully get a last week of May or June date here in the next couple weeks.

One other thing you can try is Ford Corporate Marketing Support Team at (800) 334-4375. They seem to have access to more information than the online chat in my experience.

With either them or your dealer you could try to confirm your order got the Active Parking Prep Kit added. I think it was pretty automatic for most (it was for me), but people have been told if it doesn't get added/accepted you won't be available for scheduling.

Salesman, who I actually believe, has been asking the Sales Manager - who is telling him he sees the order as “clean” when he looks it up. He also tells me he’s going to ask the owner of the dealership tomorrow.

Misery loves company, so it’d be nice to hear that I don’t have the oldest un-filled order out there, but it sounds like I might!

You are and you aren’t. I originally ordered April 23 2021. Dealer was apparently unable to convert my order to a ‘22 and placed a separate order for me for a ‘22. I got the confirmation email from Ford 11/18.

No build date yet.

Interesting update - you were exactly right (maybe). I finally got ahold of Ford Corporate Marketing Support Team, who said the thing holding it up was the Active Parking Prep Kit. BUT, they say the only person who can fix it is the dealer, who has been telling me for at least 4 months nothing is wrong with the order.

Fun stuff.

BUT, they say the only person who can fix it is the dealer, who has been telling me for at least 4 months nothing is wrong with the order.

Fun stuff.
At least you've hopefully found the issue. Luckily the Parking Assist Prep Kit issue only slowed you up by about a month, my order got changed to add it on 3/18.

I just called the dealer (who has been telling me all is well for a good long while). When I told them what Ford told me, they got crazy combative- and told me their data shows the car is being held up but a windshield issue and a panoramic roof issue too. Interesting that before today, they had no idea what was holding up the order.

When I told them what Ford told me, they got crazy combative- and told me their data shows the car is being held up but a windshield issue and a panoramic roof issue too. Interesting that before today, they had no idea what was holding up the order.
That's really frustrating, I'd be trying to talk to a General Manager or Sales Manager at this point, if you haven't already.

I disagree. Shop around for dealers nearby that’ll guarantee no ADM for order transfers and transfer your order.

A dealer who refuses to keep up with or even investigate Ford’s bulletins will be a hassle to work through going forward. Like, I bet they won’t honor price protection or even know about it, which could mean you end up paying up to $5k more than you are entitled to when the order arrives.

I've heard its a challenge to get transferred to a new dealer, particularly farther past order date. Is that not the case?
