Anyone else get delayed in Shipment? Build date was 03/12, Shipped date 03/15 for me. My estimated delivery is 04/10-04/16 but last night my tracker updated to a 05/26-06-01 delivery date. Dealership sent me a tracker yesterday showing that it was received in MO on 03/29 so not sure what the delay is for.

Just checked ordertrack.app, my pony status changed to picked, hopefully I start to see some movements.

Update! I chatted with Ford on their website and was able to get the rail car number (BNSF). It had “no status” when I called the last week but today it says emptied at Alliance rail yard in Fort Worth. I suppose now I wait for a truck to pick it up and drive it down to Austin, but fingers crossed it’s an easy journey as that could mean I get it before my 4/14 estimated date!

Mine is also going to Austin area, it's also a BNSF railcar in Argentine. However, CSX hotline gives me last location in California since it's not their line, UP does not have any records, and Norfolk Southern just says it's still in Kansas City since the 12th.

I appreciate the help!

Happy to help! I called 1 (800) 235-2352 - and then pushed 1 when asked. You then have to speak out loud the car initials (BNSF was mine) and then once confirmed speak then rail car number. I don’t know if it was my southern accent or the phone system but it is super annoying when speaking the initials, took me 3-4 tries each time for the system to get it right. ?

Thanks for the help! Unfortunately mine does not go through that one either and it says it's "empty in Richmond CA on March 22nd" hahaha...

I know you probably don't need to use the hotline no more since you already got the car, but it's easier to type it in! For example, for BNSF, you can type 22627433 for BNSF instead of saying it out loud and suffer from having an accent

From what I've been reading there isn't much we can track but here is what palsapp shows for yours

I'm pretty sure "delivered on April 19, 2022" means that it was put on a rail that date.

Yea sorry that is kind of what I meant. There seems to be very little you can track after this point. My car is in the same state your is in, just one day later. Others have said that their car was in this state until the dealer notified them that it was officially delivered.
This is what my dealer sent yesterday:

They can see just about the same amount as we can with palsapp.

Yea I feel that! My car was sitting in MO for almost a month before it finally got on a rail just yesterday. My original delivery date was 04/10-04/16 and has now been pushed to 05/26-06/01.

Yea I feel that! My car was sitting in MO for almost a month before it finally got on a rail just yesterday. My original delivery date was 04/10-04/16 and has now been pushed to 05/26-06/01.

Here is my saga...GTPE 8/20/21 order...built 3/8...'shipped' 3/9....finally got confirmation that it was in Birmingham MO....although this info cam via Palsapp...it only showed it was supposedly there on 4/10. Now the mystery starts...dealer VVR shows the same with no other info available as of last Friday. Tuesday I called Ford and got bounced all around only to finally get someone to fess up that there is a rail car delay issue but they can't give me the rail car number.
I then called Norfolk Southern and got a very helpful person that put me in touch with (of all people) the yard manager who handles automotive rail cars. He proceeded to tell me other than some employee issues there is nothing major that he can see in his yard. There are hundreds of cars moving through it daily....Without my rail car # he can't help me...they are no longer allowed the VIN info on the manifest.
So I get a call back (missed it) voicemail from a Ford manager in marketing with all the platitudes etc...but can't provide the rail info. His final statement was they show an estimated 5/25 arrival....they obviously know where the car is and refuse to tell me. Something is VERY fishy here....even my dealer is puzzeled as they can't seem to get more info.
When I see the success Tesla is having and the ease at which they can produce, ship and be more profitable than Ford, it is giving me pause now about buying this...not to mention all the issues I read daily. What further frustrates me is the fact that I see cars being shipped out of Vera Cruz which is what I had hoped would have occured with my car as I am in S. Florida.
