Listened to an interesting podcast about these lines and the company basically gobbles up any empty 800 number, so one typo will usually lead someone to a sex line

I have a late 2021 (delivered Jan 22) Premium ER AWD. I have noticed two possibly related issues:
1. Only at trip start; after backing out fo driveway & driving away - sudden acceleration
2. In "Blue Cruse" on the highway suddenly the set speed jumps to 82 MPH. Fortunately in traffic so no acceleration, but ....

Wondering how to proceed to get Ford's attention.

#1 happened to me today. I was driving and I took my foot off the accelerator. Usually the 1-pedal drive kicks in the regenerative braking system, but today I got a bit of an acceleration. I hit the brake right away but it was a bit unnerving. The rest of the drive (5 miles and 5 miles back was perfect.)

You might want to start a thread for the problem you’re experiencing. There are likely people with the same issues as well as some which match some ir mist, but not all, of the issues you have. It’s a better way to get exposure to the problem as well as to eliminate the ever present “operator error “ causes.

It's funny that you said "operator error". The beeping I kept hearing was from the auto headlights not being on auto anymore so I slapped myself in the head. However it has now happened again, twice in fact, that the auto headlight is switching to on. No one else has even been in my car,
and I know I didn't switch it, so wtf.

You should have seen them trying to get my paak to work. I had a lot of problems with a F150, that I no longer own, and went to every dealer in the Sacramento area and none of the others were any better. Next ride probably won't be a Ford.

Super known bug, the best luck I've had with mine staying on auto was rotating the dial to "on" and then turning the car off, opening the door, and then turning the car back on. The car should automatically go back to auto. Seems to last longer, for whatever reason, compared to if I just rotate the dial to "wake it up" and go back to auto.

It is a known bug.

Unintended acceleration happened to me today. IP driving, Cruise OFF. Pulled into a parking lot, drove about 100 yards and turned down a lane. Took foot off accelerator and car started to accelerate. Hit the brake.

Happened to me again today. Start of journey (just pulled out of driveway and turned around. Happened when I took my foot off the accelerator. Interesting, i noticed that the cruise control indicator was greyed out, but showed a stetting of 47 mph.

Just another clue.
