Weird....in Chrome (MacOS) the button isn't there. I had to open up Safari to be able to see it!

Cleared my cookies for 'ford.com' in Chrome and I can now see the "Start Chatting" button.

So I was able to get my Railcar# from my dealer today: AOK 501854. I tried following the directions to get status information from CSX. The automated system said that railcar was last checked in at Chicago, IL in April. So I thought wrote the railcar ID incorrectly when speaking with my dealer. I just got off with Ford Chat and they confirmed the railcar ID. Is CSX tracking still valid? The tracking thread says that all cars start on CSX. ?‍

Mine shipped last week but today Ford says it is at the junction point in Lecheria so hasn't gone really anywhere.

Mine is sitting in the same place as yours. I was totally bummed when I pulled it up in Google Maps only to see that it is STILL Mexico City.
