The dealer which took my Mach-e order back in 2000 wants my 2021 Job 1 Premium extended AWD back, and is offering me $10,000 off MSRP for a new 2023 Mach-e Premium extended AWD.

"Combined incentives result in an agreed upon vehicle value of $62,055 ($72,305 MSRP less $10,250 incentives)."

Come on, Koons. I can order a brand new Premium extended AWD with 3-years of BC 1.3 for $58k. There's no Premium worth $72k.

Anyone else receiving offers like this?

Just out of curiosity, did you pay "their MSRP" when you ordered the 21' or did you get it for the actual MSRP or lower?

I got an offer for 66K for a GT model, with $9,250 rebate - $57K total. Your offer seems really high :).

Looks about right, if you are dealing in Canadian currency.

If you are dealing with Koons of Falls Church, fellow Arlingtonian, run don't walk outta there! I had to involve the Virginia Dealer Board (in Virginia, the Dealer Board investigators can call in the State Police, and it almost came to that in our case) on one of Sonny Boy's trades with Koons of Falls Church. And their maintenance shop ain't much better than their shady shady sales floor.

I'm just sayin...

I paid less for mine in June, and they’re less now. So, hell no. That’s robbery.

Our 2021 GTPE fully optioned cost $69500 minus full tax credit. Worth every penny. Its awesome. Our 2023 model y AWD long range msrp in apr was $72500 cost $53000
Minus full tax credit. Total steal. Both are really great ev. Fast quiet and Y is great for trips. Good luck on choice but consider the better ev for the long haul of ownership. Trading ev to get one better is a poor financial choice. Buy the best and keep it like we do for a decade or more.

I bought it under the X-plan, so below MSRP.

I'd report that to Ford - the dealer can advertise whatever sticker price they want, but MSRP is Ford's number and the dealer can't fudge it.

That's insane - My AWD 98 kWh GT with glass top, blue cruise, and Resist All treatment on seats and paint was $63 ($67 all-in after taxes) in Oct. 2021 when getting one took 6 months and the used market was red hot.
No Universe is that a good deal from them. Good of you to laugh in their faces.

They are likely including the $10K MSRP for TruCoat.

Dealers are hoping that potential customers haven't realized that the car market has nearly returned to normal. Prices peaked in January 2023. The multi-year order backlog disappeared in months as speculative orders vaporized, and the mid-year interest rates increase put pressure on increasing inventories.
