Yeah, the app functions fully. Just doesn't have the Departure times option. Not sure, but I think it did have it at some point in the past.

Delete/reinstall the app. Restart your phone, clear the phone's system cache. Try each step before moving on to the next.

Maybe I should have actually tested FP before posting about how freaking awesome it is. It is not awesome.

None of the remote buttons work anymore. I cannot remote start, remote lock or remote unlock. I cleared the cache in the app settings. I am running the Android app.

Anyone else having this problem?

Are you connected via Bluetooth? Mine works when the phone is close enough to connect via BT, but if I turn off BT, or I am out of range, the buttons are unresponsive.

Yes, it works both ways.

Fordpass says it is on 4.31 but keeps prompting me to update which sends me to playstore with no update option. Deleted, reinstalled, same result
