FSA's are still pending and there is no warranty history showing in PTS for your visit yet. These things take time. A week is not enough. End of the month, end of the quarter and end of the year. Things are crazy at all dealers right now. Warranty claims take time to process. It could be a few more weeks before anything reflects.
Thanks! and happy New Year!

I would let them do their thing. They updated the APIM and GWM twice. You are now on Sync 23291. They tried to update the TCU and it failed the validation process. It took the tech an hour and a half to download the USB update and based on the time it failed, he/she called it a night after that and will trouble shoot tomorrow.

I was helping a member of the F150 forum who happens to live in Miami last night getting his job 1 truck going with updates, and the TCU update failed, too. His was a much older TCU update than this one, but it failed the same way. I've called in the cavalry to help me with this truck at this point, and they made need to do the same. If they need to involve engineers, it may take a bit.
Awesome thank you so much! I haven’t had an update since 4.2.6 so told them my Sync was acting up. (It was) Glad to see them updating the GWM as I was on LKB I believe. The TCU is a bonus and would help to jumpstart the updates again.

Good Morning - I'm new to the MME forums, but have found myself in a pickle when it comes to updates.

I purchased the vehicle from a friend - have everything setup, but haven't received an update since August(Still in 4.#.# range).

I've got an appointment at a local dealership on Thursday to have them hopefully push as many updates as they are able, but I just found this thread and figured I'd give it a whirl to see what I can learn!

Vehicle is connected to FordPass.

VIN: 3FMTK4SX7NMA57952

Thank you so much!
Not sure if anyone was able to get to this - I'm at the dealership now. Not sure if this was missed but if it can be run, I'd very much appreciate it!

Thank you guys!

I don't have access to FDRS right now to check for module spending updates, but vehicle history for today shows the dealer updated your APIM, GWM, BCM and GFM today. You are on Sync 23291 which is the latest version.

Confirmed exactly what the dealer just let me know as I was heading out the door!

Thank you very much @rugedraw!

Here's to hoping those updates start rolling in!

Hello coming to you all again to ask if you could check my list and see if I have any updates? I am wondering if the apim they installed is "locked" as I have not and am not receiving any of the recent updates I see others posting about. I still don't have the record feedback or the charge assist applications. Any idea or do u think it needs to go to stealership? I'm lost would really like to know why my car doesn't OTA update?

They may have quit working on your car at this point. This is today's session log showing what they accomplished:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 3FMTK4SX7NMA57952-28-Dec-23Work

So a lot of OTA browsing and then an update to the gateway, GFM (frunk module), BCM (body controller), and the APIM (Sync module)...and that's it.

Here's what they haven't done (so far):

I have an appointment on Jan 9 to have the HVBJB recall and CSP completed. Curious if I should get a two day FDRS license to make sure I am up to date before having the recall completed? VIN 3FMTK4SE2MME00387. Thanks.

Hi Mike.
Hope you had a great Christmas. I got my car back from the dealer today. They said they did GWM x2, APIM x2, and TCU x1 on my report when I complained that my Sync wasn’t working right. I see now that I’m on the latest Sync version and feel that I must be at 6.30 PowerUp equivalent. Can you please see what modules I have left and if maybe they did some extra work and didn’t tell me?
Thank you so much as always.

I was at 5.1.1 since September, no updates afterwards. Would appreciate if anyone could help check it out! Thanks!

Here's the list and they are all cruise control related updates. That CMR takes almost an hour by itself. The IPC should be a USB update. Something else may pop up in the list after these three are done though, so there's that.

Mark, no problem.

Here's the list you have available:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 3FMTK3SSXMMA50149-29-Dec-23

So it's a full set of powertrain updates, a frunk module update (GFM), the steering column update (BC related), and the TCU that didn't want to update due to a "part number validation error":
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 3FMTK3SSXMMA50149-29-Dec-23Work

The last time I personally had a "part number validation" error it was caused by software dependencies. Meaning I was trying to update a module when another module needed to be updated first. It is entirely possible, given how long ago that SCCM update came out, that it's the culprit. And that doing the SCCM would then allow the TCU to be updated successfully. But I'm out on a limb at this point. Anyway, If I were doing this I'd either start with the SCCM or just do the powertrain updates first...and then go back to the TCU to see if it would update. (Also could be possible that after the SCCM gets updated that another GWM might pop up right after...so there's that too).

Here's the list of available updates:

Given that your car is a 23.5 a lot of updates may not have been pushed to it yet (@rugedraw can tell you if that's the case).

I would be looking out for a TCU OTA update next. And OTAs download when you drive the car...not when it's sitting at home on your house's Wi-Fi. So set a daily schedule so that updates can be applied after your morning commute (mine is set to 0900) and that drive into work will recharge your 12V battery back up enough to enable the update to get applied when you get to work.

Also, the OTA teams tend to work on clearing out the backlog on older model years first. So even though you have these updates showing in FDRS now...they may not yet have been packaged as OTAs for your car since it's so new.

You're waiting for that gateway in this list to get updated, that's the holdup:
