My ‘22 just passed 10,000 miles. I have had no issues with the car and would prefer to wait until September when our annual state inspection is also due. It doesn’t seem like there is anything really important that is done at this service. Opinions please.

You can easily see what is suggested at 10,000 miles in FordPass. Inspection, tire rotation. Depends on your tire wear, I'd suggest measuring the tread. If it's not equal, get your tires rotated.

I agree. Tire rotation is the only thing that is "important". You are measuring sameness in tread depth; you can use something as simple as a coin. I live on a dirt road, so I also change the cabin air filter every 10,000. I do the air filter myself, no tools required.

Is there a standard or typical fee for the 10K inspection including tire rotation? I assume you can pay via FordPass points, correct?

No, there is no standard. Some dealers charge nothing for the first visit. Some $20 or $30. Some $80.

I just did it Last Friday. The bill was $35 which was covered by my points, if you don’t count the Mach-E hat I bought.?

Mine was only $22.00 at the dealership. They did a great job.

I just had my 30k mile service. Two year anniversary is a week away.
10k - tire rotation and filled windshield washer. Checked brakes, etc.
20k - Same as 10k.
30k - same as 10k plus replaced cabin filter and 3 new wiper blades.
The service was free all three times. I’m told it was all free because I signed away the points when I purchased it. I may wait for 50k to see what they will want to charge.

There is no such thing as "signing away the points" that I have ever heard of.

They should have done the air filter at 20,000.

I may be using the wrong terminology. When I called Ford asking about my points they said I took the service contract in lieu of the points. Don’t remember doing that but I was excited about getting my car after waiting almost 8 months. I probably would’ve bought a tee shirt with the points. ?

Sounds like you bought a maintenance contract in your purchase. Those tend to be expensive, and not pay off for an EV. That differs from an extended warranty.

When I got my car I noticed that my 20K points had been depleted from my account and it said it was used to cover some sort of service contract. I called the dealer and said I never approved that. It took a while but in the end they gave me back my points.

Are they still using the original filter for those replacements? After reading posts here I bought one of the better filters and replaced it myself. But I thought I read here that Ford now sells a better quality air filter so I was wondering if they use those now.
