Electrify America bundle expiration date

When you buy the MME you get 250kWh of free charge with Electrify America. That balance has an expiration date of 2 years (discovered that later ). That date was extended at some point. I remember that I had discovered where to check the expiration date, but now I can't find it anywhere. I know where to check the balance (I still have 69kWh), but will like to know when I lose those final kWh.

The 2 Years starts on your Warranty Start Date, when you drove the car off the lot.

Ford website says 3 years. So it should be 3 years from your WSD. Don't believe they have an expiration date showing you how much time you have left. I also did a quick google search and it looks like it was answered here also on the forums 4 months ago, they confirmed 3 years.

Thanks, I remembered 3 years, but wanted to check.
I had done a Google search, but had not found a satisfactory answer, I guess I phrased it incorrectly.

I'm on month 38, and my balance still shows 488 kWh available. Maybe Ford's intent is for them to expire at 3 years, but that doesn't seem to actually be happening.

Those of us who had to wait a long time for our ordered cars were given an extra 250 kWh.

I see you posted this back in May '24....now in November I can't find any location where my charge bundle balance would be, either on the app or on the website.....any help would be much appreciated.

Ford removed the ability to see that info, and it's not coming back. You'd have to find the balance on your last EA receipt or reach out to Ford to have them look it up for you. It really sucks because there's no way to tell if they actually expired when you hit 3 years or not. Mine didn't, but maybe they've fixed that by now.

Yeah, that's the only way to see your balance now. And that doesn't help you figure out if your balance has since expired.

Sure it does….it will tell you the $ amount billed to your account. That means it’s expired. ?
