I don't honestly know why it's not downloading...but its probably not something you're doing wrong.
@Mike G , Dam I was kinda hoping that was the issue. I guess support didn’t pay attention to the full version of the software only the first few characters, guess I will see what will happen after this update expires. If any further updates don’t download I will pursue the blue cruise issue at the dealership service dept. I have master reset sync as well, not sure there is anything else I can do on my end.

Hey I'm a new poster / former lurker. I bought a new 2023 just a couple of weeks ago. I suspect that I may be updates behind, but no way to tell.

Can someone check my VIN for me please?

@Mike G @rugedraw , So of course I got no updates and you guys noticed some codes related to bluecruise and said to use that issue for a ford service appt. Well I tried bluecruise this morning and it does not work at all. Get a drivers monitoring camera fault. So I guess it's to the dealer. Anything else I should tell them that would help get the car updated?

Well I guess you won't see them if your connectivity menu isn't showing up. ?‍♂
When you next take a drive and see that connected vehicle icon show up on the top row of Sync, pull over while it's still active and check your connectivity setting menu in Sync. It should look like this:

I know your TCU is working because your car is checking in with the cloud everytime you drive it.

But in the event that you'd like to reset your TCU you can locate the fuse panel in the passenger footwell and pull fuse 11/12 and leave that out for 5 minutes or so and then replace it, start the car and see if it starts communicating with the cloud (

) and then when you see that, check your settings in Sync.
No help the symbol is not showing up ?

Blue cruise does work but it does cut out often. I left the car on in drive way to see what happens.
I ask because I checked the codes your car is reporting and saw this. Attached is the TSB it references. You do have a lot of pending updates including one for the CMR.

I don't have a good explanation for you as to why you can't see the connectivity icons. Your modem appears to be working fine, but it does seem like it has been a while since your car synced itself with the server. I think your car would benefit from a network scan with FDRS and a GWM update. If you decide to take your car to the dealer for this, I would mention the intermittent BC issue. If they can do the GWM you show pending, that would be great. Your car is on Sync 23031 which is one and a half years old at this point. It is possible that just getting the holy trinity of modules (APIM, GWM & TCU) up to date addresses this issue. Everything runs through the GWM and your car is on a pretty old version of it.
