I don’t know. All I know is there was one flurry of people that got their replacement adapters. Maybe the second batch of replacements is coming next month? Maybe in two months? Maybe…? ??

I got two shipping emails on Nov 15, nothing since then, tracking links show nothing, Fedex shows nothing, no adapter at my door. I guess they do not want the old one back, I will keep using it.

They wanted my old one back when the replacement showed up last week. Interestingly, the replacement I received never showed up in my FedEx tracking either. I forget to look to see who delivered it. Maybe it didn't come by FedEx?

The return label was FedEx though. And it's showing in my FedEx account manager as being in transit back to them.

my came by fedex. It's interesting, in the fedex app it never got out of "label created" window. and after a few days it was "out for delivery"

I spoke to Ford again today and still no status update or even any tracking information for my replacement adapter. Argh

I called Ford today and they confirmed mine has not shipped, even though I got 2. Emails stating it was shipped on 11/15. They said I will get another email when it really ships.

I wonder if they realized that the envelope they were shipping them in wasn't adequate, that they were being torn open during shipment.

The return envelope? Mine was fine. Fit perfectly. It wasn't like a loose Amazon envelope, it was more of a wrap that covered the box and sealed around it, giving the shipping label a plastic surface to adhere to.

I can't remember whether mine was shipped to me in a box or envelope. It was fine either way though. Those white plastic shipping envelopes commonly used today are pretty dependable. I get a lot of stuff from Amazon that way. Never had one break open.

Mine arrived in a paper envelope. It had torn open during shipment and someone had obviously rolled it into a ball and taped it together. My return shipping label apparently fell out because I didn't get one and so far, haven't gotten a response from Ford as to what I should do about it. Someone else on here commented about theirs tearing open enroute as well.

When I read about all these ripped bags etc I’d be taking a photo of that and keep it for reference for potential problems down the road
