No email update but when I checked online mine now says December
no no ford already sent us a BAD batch of adapters, they don't want us to use them and are replacing them...slowly. I'm just requesting that @Ford Motor Company assigns an extra intern to the project to speed things up.

You’d need to chat with the Oracle of Pretoria to get an adequate number of replacements actually delivered for once and then chat with the freight forwarder that Ford is using to do the actual shipping.

I already despised elmo, I have a feeling the next four years he's going to be even more obnoxious.

Mine arrived in a paper envelope. It had torn open during shipment and someone had obviously rolled it into a ball and taped it together. My return shipping label apparently fell out because I didn't get one and so far, haven't gotten a response from Ford as to what I should do about it. Someone else on here commented about theirs tearing open enroute as well.
To follow up on my previous post, today I received an email from Ford with a phone number and instructions to ask for Houston BEV. It said that they would provide the return shipping label that was missing from my replacement package. I did so but each of the three people I spoke with had no idea what should be done. One started our conversation by telling me that I shouldn't have received the replacement adapter until I'd returned the faulty one. After 40 minutes on the phone, I said that I'd just hang on to the defective adapter and if someone from Ford decides they want it back, they can contact me and provide the label.

Maybe the confusion I encountered helps to explain why so many others haven't received their replacement adapters yet.

I find that ford typically gatekeeps anyone who can make a rational decision and as a mere consumer you are not entitled to speak directly to those people, you can expect an answer in a few business days to never and the answer will come through a person who has no ability to deviate from whatever answer was provided by the person who can actually effectuate anything about your problem.

We used to have the BEV team but everyone posts they are now ineffectual like the rest of them now.

I happened to check my FedEx account on a whim. It appears I've got a package from Dearborn on its way for delivery tomorrow. This would be my replacement adapter. Woohoo!

I really hope my replacement adapter is a Ford-designed unit. Since people with order numbers after mine have them on the way, maybe Santa Farley will hold my replacement until the Lectron-built adapters are available. ??

I received this shipping notice last night for my replacement NACS adaptor. My first one is on the recall list. Not sure which model I will receive (TESLA or Lectron) but I will update once it is in hand.

Over on the State of Charge Youtube channel, Tom Moloughney posted a video one day ago in which he showed off the Ford branded Lectron adapter. He said that Ford told him that they've started to ship out the Lectron adapter.

How come? Is Ford known to be a better designer of such units than the other companies that design them?
