My status had been XFRO in Doremus in Newark since very early Wednesday 6/8. Early this morning the status changed to Notification Ground Only, Port Newark. Here’s hoping that’s progress!

FINALLY! Just got this email from Ford saying My vehicle has been updated. I log in and see the below. I can't currently log into the Ford tracker URL, but I'll check that one as soon as I can.

Edit: Also August ... REALLY? Two whole Roman Calendar months away!!

Ahh congrats!!! Hopefully I'm not far behind you. Also, that shipping is some straight bullshit. I could push the car home from Mexico faster than that.

Yes. Are you going to tell me this is some catastrophic update that means my car was destroyed in a fire?

Still listed as Inactive with United Road.

Like others my old NS train car left Newark and I've been stranded in Newark without a status since Thursday. United Road still shows my order as inactive. They have an order # for my VIN but I've seen elsewhere that this might be a red herring and UR might not even be the carrier? I can't seem to find another carrier that does the Newark-Upstate NY run, so prob will just have to hang tight some more. @NJ_MachE, you made it sound so smooth once we were unloaded, but not sure it is always like this, alas.

Dealer has been oddly unresponsive as of late and all these horror stories about ADM, etc are getting me nervous. Ford can't transition to online fixed pricing fast enough. Feels like we are all getting caught between a dinosaur system of cheap salesmanship and the systematized, transparent online economy. We are the last of our kind.

I’m in the same boat; hang in there until Monday. Why do you think UR might be a red herring?

Ugh in afraid you may be right and your dealer is served by another carrier out of Newark. Assuming you created an account, does anything show up for your dealer under the Current Shipments and Delivered tabs? If not, definitely another carrier... In any case, hoping this is your last week of waiting ahead of a Complete your Purchase email.

FWIW my dealer played no games at purchase time and I'm hoping for everyone's sake that the horror stories are still the minority of cases out there.

Still no updates for me but at least something is starting to happen with batch 5303 GTs. I still can’t believe it’s going to be 2 more months after the initial estimate.

Still no updates for me but at least something is starting to happen with batch 5303 GTs. I still can’t believe it’s going to be 2 more months after the initial estimate.
Finally got into the tracking site. The built date is yesterday lol. I assume that's still a lie, but whatever at this point. I've been kicking myself that I didn't accept my Premium order that was delivered late Feb.

When I sign into UR website, the initial page shows no Current Shipments or Delivered for the affiliate. Have to search for my VIN to get the order to come up. Do you think that means my dealer doesn't use UR?

Just picked it up. All went well at the dealer. Only minor glitch was they will need to send me a check for the $325 park assist rebate when Ford sends it to them. Blast to drive!

How long were you at the dealer for? Were you able to do most of the paperwork in advance?
I would say 2.5 hrs. Should have been faster but the couple who were with the finance guy before me took a very long time. I will DM you later with some specifics for our dealer that may be helpful.

I think so. I was able to see a ton of vehicles in the UR pipeline for my dealership.

I think so. I was able to see a ton of vehicles in the UR pipeline for my dealership.
Same here. I see several vehicles with pending pickup, but no dates, and several as delivered. Of course mine is still Inactive.
