Just got my built (not shipped) email. Delivery July 18-24th to CT. BATCH 5272.

Wow 10-11 weeks to ship a car; unreal ! That would be about 10 months from order-to-delivery with 30% of this wait time attributable to shipping. So much for having the Mach-e for the summer. This is feeling like September, something is bound to go wrong and I’m still in Mexico. I know, others have at it worse. I think some in the 4/4 build group will have their cars before I cross out of Mexico. Something happened down there.

I'm having drinks in the 12-Volt Airport Lounge. I see someone carved "Batch 5272 was here" into the bartop. I guess I am one week behind you guys. My ETA is still July 18-24

I was stuck in beautiful Laredo all week and I think I arrived at the L-G KC Airport yesterday per the wizards in Ford Chat (I think?). Railcar # KCS 008136 (Kansas City Southern Railway Co) Internati, MO as of 5/19/22.

I'm having drinks in the 12-Volt Airport Lounge. I see someone carved "Batch 5272 was here" into the bartop. I guess I am one week behind you guys. My ETA is still July 18-24

I'm Batch 5272 and traveling with you. Just got to Internati on 5/19 as well. 05:30 CST...so hopefully that means we get to the next step today.

I'm still confused by the predicted delivery dates. Ford is still showing an estimated delivery date of July 1-7. That would make for a total travel time of 57-63 days.

My Dealer shared with me the travel record of a Mach E they received right around when mine shipped. Total travel time for that one was 29 days. Mine took 14 days to get to Internati...so did that one. So we're on the same pace so far. Here's hoping the pace continues to be the same.

OrderTrack says I was delivered to Birmingham, MO, but today Ford chat told me I was on a ramp in KC (at least I think that's what she said, I closed the web page). I asked for rail info and she gave the link to the ford tracker. So I don't know if I am hanging you with you guys or not.

Yeah, I have no idea what Internati is; maybe the Ford Chat people are making typos? The entire process is f'ed up I am just assuming things along the way. I'm just happy to be in the US and in the middle of the country. Somewhere is a massive delivery bottleneck and we will eventually find out where. The champagne is really popping in the 4/4 build group and I can't tell if the Jan/Feb & March cars are unloading at dealers to a large degree.

Yes, the 4/4 group has done quite well! Based on some of their experiences to this point, I get the sense that Ford is being overly conservative. I think it shouldn't take 6-7 weeks from this point on, more like about 3-4 I'm guessing. But don't want to get hopes up.

So my Mach-E GT is part of the 4/4 group. My GT has been sitting at the local Railyard for about 4 days. The Railyard is only 10-15min from my dealer.

Internati, MO - 14 days after shipped
Richards-Gebaur, MO - 15 days after shipped
Kansas City, MO - 17 days after shipped
Port Newark, NJ - 27 days after shipped
Dealer - 29 days after shipped

That car was delivered about 3 weeks ago. Pretty recent.

No mention of Birmingham on the sheet I have, but they look like one and the same.
