Ford emailed built & shipping confirmation early morning today. The ETA remains unchanged as 10/29-11/4.

Hey Zach, Everyone was posting this info from their window sticker, so I just compiled it from posts. There's no other way to get it. So, unfortunately, you've got to wait until stickers pop for people in your group.

There's a big blue start chat button. Click on that and put in your info. Make sure you have your VIN cuz they want it on the chat start form and then the agent will probably ask for it again. I usually tell them I wanted to see what the status was, but this time I told them I knew it was sitting at the ramp and asked if a rail car had been assigned yet. It took her a minute, but she was able to find it. (They're usually open later than your dealership and/or on days that the dealership is closed, too.)

An alternative is to ask your sales person at the dealership to run the VVR (vehicle visibilty report) and let you know what the status is. I'm lucky enough to have a sales guy who has been texting me updates once a day usually before lunch, so in the evening I've been bugging Ford chat to see if there's a change in status. Chat will remind you that your dealership can see this info, but a lot of people don't have good communication from their dealership.

I know about the VVR from the last go around - my sales person will give it to me when I ask, but I don't want to constantly bother him for it. I plan on asking for it when my car leaves Kansas City after getting transferred to the next train.

I did just try that chat and the agent that was working with me must not have known how to get the railcar info (or maybe it wasn't there yet). All she gave me was what I already knew and then referred me to the status update on https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status/ (which I also already knew about). what I gathered from other posts is KCS is what most (or all) mach e’s take from the plant to the US and in terms of tracking its radio silence until it appears in the US.

It might be luck of the draw, but it may not be there yet? Mine didn't show up until later today. Heard from dealership at 10:30am and it wasn't there. Chat found it at 6:30pm. And yeah, every time I've typed with chat, they like to refer you to the tracking link that we all know about. I keep telling them that mine isn't even showing dates or delivery estimates, but it's like talking to a brick wall. Could always try again and hope for a different chat person? You shouldn't feel too bad about bugging your sales person every once in a while, it's kind of their job to keep you in the loop.

I asked customer service livechat for a status update and they said the vehicle is at Junction Point, Lecheria, so I’ll figure out what that means…

Lecheria is the KCS railyard right next to the Cuautitlan Assembly plant, i.e. the beginning of the rail journey. It's being loaded on to its autorack for rail travel to KC crossing the international border at Laredo. KCS and Canadian Pacific merged their rail connections which suggest that maybe train transfers in KC may be reduced for deliveries in north central US and Canada. Just guessing though. My MME order took about 10 days to get to KC. They have 14-20 days to go the last 1600 miles and still make the delivery ETA they gave when it shipped.

Yep, probably right. I got my "passed through Laredo" info from Chat close to the date it actually crossed the border. Same for KC arrival, but the "arrived waypoint" info from chat had no other details. Really lame "system" for the "end user". Not as lame as "my" dealer who couldn't care any less about the delivery.

Dealer on my end has been very uninvolved, but I also haven’t asked much of them. I am worried I’m in for a battle on delivery day.
