Thanks! Great information. Maybe she should oversee logistics with Ford! - I think customers would be much more patient if only we had more transparency on the process. If the UT train arrives Monday morning, hopefully this means it should be at dealership by end of week.

I agree, if ford let you track the progress on their website it would be much better for everyone. They could easily add it since they have access to the data.

My car is MIA... Ford website ETA says 2 weeks ago... dealer doesn't know where it is... says new tracker is wrong... I dunno. Not sure what I did to offend the car shipping gods, but... I'm sorry?

My MME order, built 9/13, last reported sitting at ramp 6R since 9/27. Perhaps it's on its way to Mira Loma, CA but without any tracing information from Ford. 42 days in "shipped" status, so far. "My Dealer" is indifferent.

I think my dealer will be thrilled when I get my car and no longer reach out to him on a regular basis to express my frustrations with this process...I get the sense they find me a bit irksome, but hey, thats ok.

It’s so close! Rawlings is only 4.5 hours from slc by car! Should be entering Utah by tomorrow if it hasn’t crossed the boarder already. Probably 2 more stops in Green River and Ogden. Looks like you’re just behind me. I’m impressed if yours can get all the way to CA one day after mine arrives to SLC. Though after slc or Ogden, I don’t see any more stops until Nevada. They just need to quit stopping.

Don't worry about how they feel, it's their job! If they don't like it, they should find something else to do. I think my guy knew I was going to bug him and took it upon himself to text me every day he was in the office with an update and/or "sorry, no update today." He probably would have signed me up for the new system, but mine showed up a few days before it rolled out. ?

Maybe it's on this or a similar train and Ford's tracing system just lost track of it. People who share make the forum great.

Not sure about the Mach E, but my wife says her typical shipment will have a free pick up window until Tomorrow or Tuesday before the demurrage fees are applied. It would be in Ford's best interest to get the car on the truck before then. I think your dealer should know soon.
