Make sure you're charging the battery either disconnected from the truck, or south of the BMS sensor. But a 2021 is probably due, it can be load tested.Okay, I think I need a new battery.
The battery was 11.6V at the start. I started charging it and It charged to full in 2 minutes.
I tried to update while it was charging, but It still said "battery too low."
I would say do not manually start the update, let it install automatically at the scheduled time. Allowing the scheduled update to proceed will pre-charge the 12V battery. Leave the car completely unplugged for this update, and do not wake or otherwise disturb the car for at least three hours ahead of the scheduled update time (10 p.m.) so it can precharge. There is an update regarding powertrain recall and I can't install it.
My battery is 85% and have it plugged in. It has failed for a few days now.
Other updates had "update now" button, but it's missing for this update.

You don’t have to deenergize the HV system, that’s been removed as unnecessary since.did you see the original official Ford procedure he pointed too? It’s not quite normal.![]()
