Door pockets. Useless waste of space.

On the other hand:

A 2 liter insulated "growler" fits snugly in the center console (arm rest comes down flat).

A 40oz thermos slides neatly into the driver door pocket.

A 16oz Nalgene-type bottle stands comfortably in passenger door pocket (or cup holders).

A 20oz thermos can nestle into the rear door pockets. I've also rolled up and stored beach towels in these for summer fun.

I drink a lot of tea.

Size 13s here. No issues with door pocket size. I use it all the time.

Same here. Size 13 and no issues.
I store quite a bit of stuff in there depending on the trip. I find it very useful.

You don't have to worry about all your stuff falling out when the doors are broken and don't open!

15's here and I very seldom hit the panel.. I do however constantly kick the bottom of the door when getting out. Think I'd rather have the issue of cleaning the panel lol

I'd really like very much if manufacturers would stop using this 3 or 4 inches to make it more difficult to get my size 12 shoes into and out of a vehicle.

They're too big, not often used, get in the way.

I have found that the hidden pocket (furthest from the door hinge) is perfect for storing a compact umbrella for the driver and passenger. It's out of the way, still accessible when needed. The more open pocket has been great for keeping microfibers handy, and a small round bottle of hand sanitizer in the cup holder portion.

nope no extra adhesive, just make a pattern in the shape you want, then cut it to size and apply. I recommend using a credit card ( you can order a squeegee from these people) to get contact with the surface, six months later it still holds up fine.
