I believe they stopped giving the card 2024? Didn’t get one with our Lightning and was told how we can retrieve it in SYNC using the keys.

I got the card with my Job2 2024 GT. It should be in the shrink-wrapped manual hardcopy unless the dealer removed it. Alternatively to the card, you can find the code on the BCM in the passenger footwell. It has 7 digits on it so the first 5 are the code. ??

You can find instructions on how to find the master code for setting up the key pad on YouTube. I didn't have the card and found the master code that way.

It is normally in the glove box. Check the sun visors (it may be tucked into one of the holders on the top or bottom).

For my latest car, it would have been in the glove box except that dealer normally pulls the card out and puts it with the paperwork (often they’ll give you a thick envelope of documents such as your lease or purchase agreement). They told me they do this to every car on their lot only because … if someone asks to take a car for a test-drive, they don’t want the card to be available to them.

If it’s not in the glove-box, sun visors, or with the documentation … it is also printed on the fuse panel in the passenger side footwell (You have to remove the cover to see it.)

sometimes the dealers overlook giving the card, Did you look in the owners manual, pouch set (I don't think they come with pouches anymore tho, my 23 didn't have one)
