I reset my login information in the app. After setting up the widget again on my iPhone and logging into FordPass I’m getting the following error.

I don't think this is a code issue, maybe a scriptable issue with iOS 16.

I had been using the medium detailed widget but switched to the small detailed. I've noticed it does not want to update even though scriptable itself is updated.

Has anyone else run into this issue and if so did you have a fix?

I tried it for the first time today (with my Lightning). First it could not find any VIN's on my account. Once I pasted that in though I get a choice of styles but when I click Save I get the same error as @Bayviews88

Same here for the past few days, but I’m on iOS 16.1 so I was thinking it’s that / Scriptable.

I believe NA refers to North America (although for the longest time I thought, Not Applicable). Are you able to change it?

My widget stopped working properly too and it looks like my Ford account has been disabled as I can’t get into the website anymore. Someone else on here said their account was blocked due to unauthorised third party access. I’ve deleted the widget for now until my account is working again.
