Is there a spreadsheet with 'known" mods that work for the Mach-E? I am a new MME owner and don't seem to see one in the provided link. I know livinitup has one for the F150's forum as I have a 2021 F150 too.

Right, I saw that... but that just has the full module config list. Over in the F150 forum we also have a tab that has known mods on one page so others can apply too. See below.

Here is the link to the F150 spreadsheet from Livinitup to view the full thing.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you are asking for. I have used some of those off that Lightning spreadsheet for theMach-E.

Is there any known mod that can reduce the door open ding dong chimes? I might look into my F150 and see if the same config for it will work.

I used a few of the configurations of the Lightning on the Mach-E for mods I wanted to do. I don’t know about that open door ding though.

Looks to be in the same module as the F150, in the IPC

Volume not adjustable but it can be disabled.

Yup! If you go into the IPC section (Using the non As built area) you can also disable them under the “chimes” name. There are 3-4 you can disable. I’ll post a screen shot shortly.

Really? Please do. Seat belt one by chance? I know you can disable to seat belt reminder after you start driving but I just hate the seat belt chimes when you first get in lol

Which ones did you end up doing? Seems temp in IPC, disable double honk, side mirror tilt in reverse, and high beam ramp up are the only ones I hear people mentioning.

I did the ones you mentioned above except the temp in the IPC. I don’t mind it being in the Sync display. I also had to configure settings in the IPMA to get the external camera button to work prior to Ford adding it after an update, added the frunk icon on the sync screen again, before Ford updated the software for this and changed the default TPMS PSI to work with the larger tires I have that I run lower pressures in. I’ve messed around with several others but didn’t keep the settings. One I thought that was interesting was the speed in which the lift gate opens and closes. It was fun speeding it up to close much faster. ?

In case you want to play around with the display start up screen. If you go into Forscan and go to APIM (the non as built section) go to “Splash Screen” you can choose different ones from all kinds of Ford Vehicles. Some times you need to restart the car a few times for them to take though.

Just make sure you are copying the stock values before you make any changes just in case you need to revert back.

That’s another one I did. I don’t use the GT startup screen my car came with. I don’t like the goldish color. I reverted mine to the blue non-GT Mach-E startup screen.

i took the plunge and found the one that disables the seatbelt warning chime when you start the car before you've put on your seatbelt. i just tested it and it's absolute bliss.

in FORScan it's in the "IPC Configuration" (not the As-Built), search for "seatbelt", and select the "Seatbelt Warning Market". it should say "USA" on our US market cars. if you edit it to "Europe" the seatbelt chime on startup w/o buckling goes away.

here is mine after the change:

the FORScan configuration routine changes quite a few variables in 720-01-01 and 720-01-02 so would be a bit more difficult trying to do it via the As-Built/direct access method.

i also changed the chimes similar to @TJSparky above but left my passenger side minder alone:

these along with disabling the double-honk have tamed my MME noisy nanny and i'm much happier now. ?
