When did you complete your recall? Mine was done January 29th.
Mine was finished February 9 or 10. But I did call the recall center as soon as it was posted. Got my points late march

I don't know if any of this is actually true what they're telling people because I had my high voltage battery junction box replaced and I received no customer satisfaction stuff or promises a lot of things and it seems like you have to really push them it's very problematic and not good customer service considering the car has been in the shop 15 times from various things some for more than a few and I've contemplated the buyback process but at this point most of the 150 software bugs that I have logged and monitored since purchase of the car have been fixed but the one thing always weighs over my head is this high voltage battery junction box breaking Breaking again I will tell you that I bought many four cars and none of them have left me stranded on the side of the road this one has several times.

Look into your state’s lemon law. I am in the process. 6 x in the shop in 7months, 35 days total. 4400 miles- over 10% have been the repair employees trying to figure out what is wrong. Ford is dragging their feet. I am ready to hire an attorney… which in my state, they will have to reimburse me…

Still no points, no charging pad, no gift card and no contact from Ford after being told my case was being sent to the EV team. Recall done in January.

I wish they would stop making announcements about stuff coming soon or rolling out, or promises about Goodwill if they cannot deliver.

Maybe be patient. I had my HVBJB repaired about Nov 1, 2023 and got my points Apr 19, 2024, around 5.5 months later. No pad or gift card yet.

Recall completed 4/19/24. Points delivered 4/23/24. Still waiting on charging pad and gift card.

Just got the letter in the mail with the charging pad and a QR code to get $50. Our recall was performed at the end of January. No FordPass Rewards Points yet.

Hi Mustang Mach-E Owners,

In our ongoing efforts to ensure you are well looked after, we are offering customers impacted by the 23S56 recall with a goodwill package following service completion as an appreciation for working with us and your dealer to make this right for you.

If you have had your Mustang Mach-E serviced for this recall the goodwill package will automatically be sent to you.

What is included in the goodwill package?
1. 30k FordPass®Rewards – These points are automatically placed in the user’s account after all repair paperwork has been processed by the Dealer and Ford
2. A complimentary mobile phone charging mat with an updated design to be sent directly to the customer’s vehicle registration address after completion of service.
3. Included with the Charging Mat is a $50 reimbursement (either an Amazon Gift Card or a mail check -- customer’s choice)
-This reimbursement will be made available to the customer via a QR code included on a letter accompanying the charging mat.

If you have completed this recall already and are awaiting your goodwill package, we are beginning dispatch of the FordPass Rewards points and mobile phone charging mat this month and you should receive them soon.

What do I need to do to receive this package?
Customers eligible for FSA 23S56 should work with their local dealer to complete the repair. Customers will start seeing their FordPass Rewards points in their accounts approximately 3 weeks after the repair is completed. The charging mat and $50 reimbursement will also be sent approximately 3 weeks after the repair is completed. No additional action by the customer is necessary.

My dealer didn’t mention the goodwill program when I picked up my vehicle after repair. How do I know I’ll receive this package?
Regardless of whether the dealer communicated the details of the package, customers affected by FSA 23S56 will receive these complimentary gifts automatically.

It’s been well over 3 weeks since this forum post, my FSA has been completed, and I have not received any update on goodwill delivery. What should I do?

I completed my FSA for this recall prior to this goodwill program going into effect. Do I still receive a gift?
Goodwill is specific to the FSA 23S56 recall program. Customers who have completed the FSA 23S56 recall will automatically receive their goodwill.
Does this offer apply to UK owners, please?

That original charge pad is, and never has been, of any practical use I find.

Also, when can I expect the recall in UK. Had letter but, apparently no parts available yet?

Still no points (which seems like it should be the easiest part) but I got the new rubber insert for the phone charger and the letter with the QR code for $50, so that's nice.

I couple things I noticed, for the $50 it kept saying my code or email was invalid. Eventually I used a different email which worked. Looking back, I believe the issue was I had recently had a similar $20 gift from Ford for my Maverick that I had to sign up for. So I think, since I had used my regular email for that, it was giving me an error since I already had a log in associated with it.

Second "issue" was, I elected for the Amazon gift card and it gives a code, but the copy paste button didn't work so I wrote it down, checked it several times and then Amazon said it was invalid.

Luckily it sent the code to me via email and I noticed the actual code had an additional character that didn't show up on the screen.

Just mentioned these two "issues" in case someone runs into a similar case and wonders what's up.

So even though I had my HVBJB replaced back in October, I'm still on the recall list. I went into the dealership that did the work. Apparently, the part number on my service does not match the part number on the recall because Ford can change that (the number for the part) when a recall is issued. My part is numbered "NK4Z 10C666 CRM CONNECTOR" on my service invoice for reference.
Mine failed and was replaced in October. The October part is NOT the part used in the recall. I had mine replaced under recall again last month.

No, I got it new so I'm the first and only owner. Not sure why they would be delayed for me but I tried reaching out sub no luck, so now I'm waiting.
