They are waiting on my dealer’s service department to install a 240V outlet. I am not sure that will help troubleshooting but I am in a holding pattern right now.
I hope the info I’m sharing here will help with troubleshooting. All these info have been sent to my dealer too.

Alright, so I am scheduled to bring in the car tomorrow to Fair Oaks and I just confirmed with Ron Heiser and the Mach-E team that they are ready to assit in troubleshooting and fixing with the dealer's service center techs...... so I guess I may be the guinea pig. I have shared some of our theories on possible causes ranging from single phase versus three phase sensitivity to some cars on a 240V outlet, changes in voltage and possible corruption of departure schedule data limiting the charge when at home. It will be in their hands to actually figure it out. Hopefully once we know the cause of the issue and the solution to fix it, we can start getting this eliminated as an issue with some of our Mach-Es.

I'm eager to see what they find. Please keep us posted or send me a DM. Thanks, Brad.

FWIW ... I have no problems charging. I took my Fluke Multimeter out to the garage to test voltage ... it reads 245.9 (within spec).

I do also sometimes see the "Charing settings conflict" screen but it doesn't stop the car from charging. It works as it should so I pretty much wrote the message off as a bug and hopefully that gets fixed.

I found another bug with the definition of charging at "anytime". My utility offers lower rates to charge from 11pm-9am weekdays but "anytime" on weekends. My charge schedule works on weeknights... but on weekends I've seen bad behavior. It charged on Saturday. But on Sunday it waited until midnight (so that's technically Monday and since midnight Monday qualifies as a weekday and is between 11pm and 9am it immediately started charging. But charging schedule preventing charging at home during the day due to the "anytime" bug. (When I check the API it defines "anytime" as being between 12am and 12am ... so there's clearly some logic bug that translates that to mean "no time" instead of "anytime". (Ford knows about it).

As for the Ford Mobile Charger ... Ford's engineer on the charger project told me to make SURE that when you push either the 240v or 120v short plug into the charger that you make sure it is FULLY inserted (where the short adapter cord plugs into the charger brick it should be completely flush). It is a very tight fit ... but make sure it's flush. They've identified that some of the charging issues were the result of not being plugged in completely.

I firmly believe this is a voltage overage issue. I'm pretty sure if I was under 250V like you are, I'd have no problems. I'm at 256V. I've checked the insertion on the mobile charger and it's seated properly.

I figure once this gets resolved, I'll be dealing with the location-based issues of FordPass. I'm happy to hear you're having no issues.

i do have 256v too, both ChargePoint and Ford charger work on weekends but not weekdays.

I'm under 250V and haven't been able to charge at all.

Has anyone had this issue that has NOT used Ford Pass app at all? Not scheduled locations, charge time, or max charge?

Still thinking single phase power versus three phase may be some of the issue. Although I feel like Helen Keller giving directions on how to get out of a maze....

My shop has 240V single phase and it charges just fine here on both my chargers. I'm using my Juice Box here at the shop for 240V charging and the Ford charger at home for 110V charging. Voltage here at the shop is 246V and at home is 258V.

Yeah, yours is really strange and blasts a whole in my theory.

The charger on "sees" single phase even if the phase it's connected to is part of a 3 phase system.

The thing that would be different is that most 3 phase systems would be 208V line to line, not 240V.

My guess is that the settings would remain on the car until a master reset is performed. I am reluctant to reset everything to find out. I am curious if the app has something to do with it.

I have done a Master Sync reset, Charging Location reset , Profile reset and deleted Ford pass. Didn’t fix it but it did fix my ability to save my tone settings.
