Again, really good to hear positive reviews.

They lent me the Mach E when I took my Explorer in for A/C repairs. Put 100 miles on it and loved it. Went back the next day just to drive it again and ordered one on the spot. I wasn’t even looking for a new car!

I thought, that wasn’t fair… One ride and boom, I’ll take one! ?

I’m 3 months in and at 5000 miles. I drive this car for work and am in and out of it all day. My only issue is the CarPlay not connecting all the time. It usually lines itself out but can be frustrating at times.

Frunk as a cooler is nice.
Kids say it’s a little bit bumpy riding in the back.
My biggest complaint was the sound system. I have the premium with B&O “premium “ sound. The sub in the back being ported out the rear wheel well was very surprising. Easy fix though. Take in to car toys and spend as little or as much as you want to upgrade the sub/sound. Well worth it and made the car much more enjoyable.

No charge issues
Don’t use the phone as a key option
AC is great!!
All and all it’s an excellent car and a joy to drive.

2 months and 3000 miles as of yesterday. I took it on a 226 mile road trip and averaged 3.7 mi/kWh just yesterday. My average since new is 3.9. I have had no issues and I use all the tech features and drive in all three modes. Great economy and comfort. I use the in car hotspot, CarPlay (with 2 kids, so 3 different phones and perfection so far) self parking features, lane keep assist, usb media player, XM, cameras, climate and intelligent cruise a lot. I like the My Journey’s ap and Ford Pass has done well at monitoring charging. I have used the scheduled charging as well as plug in and go, with no issues, Zero charging issues at 5 different locations and one fast charger. I did not rely on PAAK until the update as I had a Fob. It’s been 2 weeks since my update and I have used PAAK exclusively without issue (and now I have 3 Fobs just in case). To me it’s been just as good as my 2 year old Hyundai Ioniq EV and my 2020 Ram I traded for the Mach E. Zero issues so far.

ok if I have one complaint, my foot activated hatch sometimes works and a few times does not. My son keeps telling me I am too close. It always works for him.

We were not in the Market either. I saw them at a dealer and I had the fam with me. I said let’s have a look. My son hated the door handles, he said that’s going to be a crap-show in The winter. I was not concerned. The wife drove first, then me. We fell in love. They offered me a 2 day Mach E test drive and Wow. On my way back to return the test driver, as a sanity check, I went and drove a Kia Niro EV, and was embarrassed they even made a car that much unrefined compared to the Mach E. My wife said the same, and it was very close to the same out the door cost. We put a deposit down that day and picked up the Mach E 2 days later. Zero regrets.

I got my MME in mid-April and have 5,200 miles on it so far. I've owned a lot of cars across many manufacturers, including two BMW 3-series over the last 11 years. The MME is my favorite vehicle of the bunch, mainly due to the EV drivetrain.

For many of us, the thrill is not just in the drive, but knowing we're having a positive impact on the environment. Those two things together make me proud to own a car like this.

I've had virtually no issues with the car; PAAK works most of the time, and when it acts up, I just use my password; I haven't had to use my password since getting my software update at the dealership about two weeks ago. FordPass is ok; with a few tweaks it will be very good. The user interface in the car is ok; there are a few bugs but honestly nothing that ruins the driving experience.

It also road trips really well; don't listen to the Tesla folks about a lack of chargers. I've gone on two longer trips now, and I've never had a problem getting a quick charge to get me to my destination. You just have to plan ahead and know where you're going to stop and charge.

Handling and performance are excellent; my only problem is that I tend to accelerate too quickly and too far above the speed limit before I realize it. I'm lucky I haven't had a speeding ticket yet.

I commute a 110 miles round trip every day, and just love my time in the car!

The phone as a key feature works flawlessly if you have Wi-Fi Bluetooth and the Ford pass app all turned on.I usually turn all of that off during the day to avoid draining the battery on my phone, but before I approach the car I make sure they're all enabled..

This car is absolutely beautiful to drive!

I've had mine for a little more than a month and 6000 miles. Any issues I've had have been small. I received it with some minor internal scratches on the windshield but it only took the dealer about a week to order a replacement and swap it.

Sometimes Carplay gets grumpy but its always fixed by resetting using steering wheel controls(Hold volume down and skip back).

I haven't tried PAAK and wouldn't rely on it even if it worked flawlessly. I've had plenty of days working and getting back to my car around 2am with a dead phone. I'd rather just have a key.

We drove it round trip from NJ to South Fl. It was a great roadtripper and the extended range battery made it easy to spend the week without a home charger. We charged about 22 times at EA stations 16 on the trip up and down, 4 on a daytrip to KSC, and 2 local charges at our destination. We used P&C with no issues until the ford credits ran out then switched to the EA app. I prefered the App it made connections quicker. We had no issues until our last charge when we had to try 4 stations to get above 30kw still not a big deal.

Overall I'm very pleased.

Minus the Paak having some minor issues I have not had any issue with my mach E since I got it at the end of march. I have put 3k miles my mach E along with 1 road trip from Austin to Houston where I used EA plug and charge. Again that worked great.
All in all I am loving my car

I love my Mustang Mach-E.

I purchased end of March, and I just hit 2000 miles (blame covid for the lack of mileage I work from home).

I just finished my first (semi) long multi-day drive for the July holiday weekend. I use PAAK exclusively, and never take my key FOB (Samsung S21 phone). And I use Android Auto for nav and entertainment.

1) This car is HUGE, HEAVY, and very "under-tired". There is excessive body roll when cornering. You absolutely feel the weight - even with the very low center of gravity provided by the battery, My prior car was a Focus ST. And I really thought this car would be similar sized. And... I still love this car!

2) Android Auto occasionally "stutters", and once that starts, the only solution is to go into the cars phone settings and disable AA, and the re-enable. And it is not something you can do while driving. So you have to "live with it" until you can pull over safely. And... I still love this car!

3) The seats do not hold you in when cornering hard. As stated before, my prior car was a Focus ST and the recaro seats in that car are AMAZING. And... I still love this car!

4) Sync4 is SLOW, un-responsive, and basically not very "user-friendly". Why can you not click on the cameras when parking without searching through several menus!. And... I still love this car.

Bottom line, there are no cars that have "no complaints". I love this car.

As I can tell from joining this forum there are a lot of different issues with the Mach E.

I know with a new model of car there are going to be some issues but there seems to be an inordinate amount of issues with this vehicle.

I would like to hear from some owners that have had the vehicle for several months or more that have used and understand the tech in the vehicle.

Not using the tech like PAAK and dismissing the issues with this feature because you don't really like tech is not really a positive for the vehicle.

The last post I read with the car dying on the gentleman coming down a mountain is a serious issue.

Parts availability for the gentleman with the accident is unacceptable!

CarPlay? Does it, or does it not work all of the time?

I really want to purchase this car but every time I come on here there's another issue.

Someone with some time/miles on this car, who likes and knows tech, tell me something good.

In the end, these EVs are computers driving electric motors. The reliability of the tech is the heart of the car.
I have had my mach e for 5 months without significant issues.
Phone a key is spotty, but usually it’s because my phone is not set properly or I left it in my pocket.
Mechanically, it has been perfect.
Some people here seem to feel that their car should be silent. It still a big piece of equipment moving across a roadway at speed. There will be noises! ?

Also wasn’t in the market. Wife was. After she got hers, I just HAD to have one of my own. I’ve never been a car guy. Always driven trucks, but I do love my MME.

A great car--after almost 5 months and nearly 6000 miles I am a VERY happy camper. The car is a total joy to drive. I am an exclusive Paak user and it has worked fine the vast majority of times (even without the latest recall). My previous car (Mazda 6 GT) was the best car I ever owned from a mechanical reliability standpoint--not one issue in 95k miles. This is the bar for my new Mach E.

My MME is certainly the coolest car I have ever owned!
