Sync and Hands-Free available are in the Sync info on the General Settings page.
Hands-Free on is under Adaptive Cruise Controls on the Driver Assistance Settings page.
Power-Up number is on the System Updates Settings page.
You are good, the power up is still on mine too and I have Blue "Cheese" working. I think because our updates were not OTA and it's just reporting the last update that was applied. So really we won't see that go away until something supersedes it.

Well, I checked FDRS again today, 24 hours after clearing out my update list just in case it took a while for it to realize I needed the next APIM/GWM updates, but nothing. Damn. I'll wait till I hear of people succeeding more before I cough up another $50 for an FDRS license.

This is going to suck, I just feel it coming. My dealer scheduled me to come in 4/25 for the update which is only about "3 hours", and that I shouldn't trust what I read on the internet. And no loaner cars. :(

Not happy with my Ford experience here.

I concur. I heard the same thing from someone at Ford.

The question is still what is holding up my BlueCruise? It doesn't show up in my Connected Services:

There are enough of us with one year licenses that someone can probably check the SW Update list for you, so you do not need to take the two day charge until the updates are there, or we have a procedure to cause the updates to show.

This what I see, I want to note that it took about 3+ hours after the last update for it to show up.

Dropped my car off yesterday for 10K service and 21G01.
Picked it up today, gave them $14.99 for the service and drove home using BlueCruise. Actually it was so much fun I drove 10 miles past my exit and back again.

I thought I signed up a year ago when I first got the car, but I’ve had no interaction with Ford (or anyone else) about EA since.
Is there a way to tell my current EA status? (Sorry if that’s a dumb question!)

After telling Ford that my dealer performed the TSB to fix the 1.7.1 issue but did not know how to do the Blue Cruise update I receive the following response from someone with the title of "IVT Research Escalation Specialist"

'The dealership can find the information by looking up FSA 21G01. The TAC hotline can also assist them. They may not yet have the tools necessary to complete the update, but you could provide this and have them let you know once it is available. We do not have any information on when specific vehicles will receive the OTA updates for BlueCruise, only that they have started to roll out. The updates are done in waves and only a small number are sent out daily to avoid overloading any systems. Please ensure your vehicle is connected to your home's Wi-Fi network and that your automatic updates are turned on. The BlueCruise update itself will come in either 5 or 7 different OTA updates (if the dealership completes it, the update takes at least 6 hours), and you will be notified when all are complete."

Well on the "3 hours" time estimate....that really all depends on a couple of things. First and foremost would be how many of the updates your car already has now as a starting point. As an example your car may only need 2 APIM updates now because you've gotten some as OTAs, etc. But if I were you I'd assume that they were starting with you being at Sync version 244 as an example, well that might indicate that you'd need the full magilla and it may take your tech about 5-6 hours to do the updates (assuming no problems arise).

Log back in to the site to see what EA programs you're currently enrolled in. It will tell you.

https://www.earlyaccess.ford.com/ It is the same as your regular my Ford login. I looked at it a few times and was always vehicle not ready (whatever that means) or wait list.

We are both in the same boat. The technician is so frustrated at this point because he feels he has done everything possible. I think I will pick up my vehicle and hope that in a few hours Blue Cruise will show up in my Connected Services.
