Same thing for me. I just checked and says "coming soon". Is Ford updating their list or something?

I hope you have, or soon get, BlueCruise -- but I'm pretty sure that Ford BlueCruise Coming Soon with exactly the same wording in the Connected Services page in the Ford account site is what mine (and all other Job 1 cars with "Ford Co-Pilot360™ Active 2.0 Prep Package") said many months ago [2 August 2021 in my case]. Mine still shows that since the dealer was unable to complete CSP 21G01.

That’s not BC …that’s just adaptive cruise control …mine is doing the same and says keep eyes on the road when I look away …and I have to keep my hands on the wheel
I did see the square tile say BC active now.
From what I received from Ford OTA updates more is coming along with the updated mapping which is going to be a lengthy hours long update.
When I don't know.

That will popup anytime you turn on cruise control with lane centering.

Full bluecruise you'll see the entire display turn a different blue, and a big icon with a steering wheel will show up and say "Hands-Free" under it.

Yeah and it disappeared from Connected Services a couple months ago and now it’s back, which hopefully means something

It disappeared from the connected services page after the 2.1.0 OTA went out. The fact that it’s back now is slight progress.

Called my dealer and asked about setting up an appointment in a month or so in case the OTA hasn't come. Service writer said he had to speak with a tech about it and call me back because he hasn't seen this before...

...not confidence inspiring, lol.

Yeah mine said she had to talk to the AV tech, guessing she meant EV tech

No, she was right. Billy, the AV support guy, will be updating your car.

Sorry. I have to laugh at the new term just created. "Full BlueCruise" :)
This would be in contrast to "Partial BlueCruise" which appears to be what some users ended up with as a result of a failed or incomplete installation? At this point we can only laugh at the comedy here. Really quite hilarious. The legacy car company that thought they could do updates. Someday this will be a history lesson taught to grade school students.

I got my car back finally. Whoo Hoo!
Noticed some changes. I got my tenths back on the odometer. The alert messages have the bar on the right side and now all 4 ACC distance bars remain but some are blue and some are white.

I haven't noticed anything else different. Other than the outgassing from the urethane adhesive used to reseal the pano roof. That stuff stinks. It's kinda a good thing that I didn't get my car back on Monday because I am sure the smell was much stronger back then.

So anyway....
No BlueCruise for me. It didn't work. Dealer doesn't know why. Ford Hotline was of no help. They are totally baffled.

The really funny part is the paperwork says "UNABLE TO COMPLETE FSA 21G01 AT THIS TIME. CUSTOMER REQUESTS TO TAKE VEHICLE AND WILL BRING BACK AT A LATER DATE."

The first two parts are true. I never said I would bring it back. That is just wishful thinking on their part. This whole fiasco has already cost me $55 in fuel for the loaner car and 5 hours of my time.

My dealer said the software installed fine. They’re keeping it another day because they’ve determine that the passenger side CV joints are also bad. So they’re replacing those as well. I’m assuming I don’t actually have BlueCruise though because I haven’t received notification like the one above and there is nothing in my connected services. The rep claimed the tech took it out for a drive and it was active but I’m worried that it’s the same thing as others have experienced where they mistake lane centering as BlueCruise. Will report back tomorrow hopefully.

In early 2019, I bought a used Ford Focus Electric compliance car that just arrived from San Diego with less than 1000 miles on it. About 6 months later I had a problem with the A/C chiller valve and the turtle (reduced power) message displayed and my HVAC was disabled (or no cold air to be exact)

It was a Saturday afternoon and 115F at the time. I called my uncle since he had recently retired as a BEV certified tech for Rich Ford in Albuquerque which is the same ownership as San Tan Ford. At the time, San Tan had 3 BEV certified techs so I took it there and they fixed the problem. For the next 50k miles that car was 100% trouble free. I sold it when the Mach arrived. Still miss that car sometimes.....

So far I have 34k miles on the Mach-E. Only issue has been OTA related and it resolved itself after a 10 minute park. Now San Tan is having a hard time installing 21G01. I wanted to pick it up today and just give up on BlueCruise but they asked for one more day because they really want to figure out. They aren't quitters....I will give them that much. Another dealership would have just handed my car back to me with "Oh well, we tried. Sorry."

Let's hope they have better luck tomorrow.
The EV team and Recall team at San Tan Ford are dedicated to figuring out this technology. I would have let them keep my MME as long as there were wanting to solve the problem.

Yeah. The folks at San Tan are definitely willing but I really don't want to be without my car for more than a day or two. I already racked up over 200 miles on the loaner car in just 2 1/2 days and this is a light week for me. Pumping gas gets expensive quick. Plus, losing 1 hour per day in traffic (because I can't use the HOV lane) is tiresome.

They had 3 or 4 Mach-Es sitting there on their lot. If they would loan me one then that would be a different story.

They did the glass recalls. That was the important thing anyway. Software updates are inconsequential to me. Can take them or leave them. My car was working fine already. There isn't anything to fix. Software updates are okay as long as they aren't a huge inconvenience. This BlueCruise thing is a huge inconvenience. There isn't much value in that feature for me anyway.

Headed to the dealer tomorrow morning. They did the recall updates and now i dont have the bubble around my car for adaptive cruise control. Going in tomorrow to see if they can correct that wondering if they should just install the blue cruise also? My sync version is 244. Has anyone had this successfully installed at the dealer?

That appears to be the only update available for the car now. Lane centering still does not function, tried turning setting off/on, rebooting etc. Those were Ford suggestions anyway, looks like the issue is related to not finishing the module updates.

I've waited this long for BC so waiting longer isn't a problem, but losing lane centering (bubble) is annoying, especially when it was working fine- they say it's fixed after 2 days and isn't. Customer support at Ford should be able to tell me if all the modules were updated etc- but now I am no longer fixated on that non-functioning electronic frunk opening...

Is that the only update showing as due? Or are there others?
