Be at the dealership the last week of February. Now......has anyone inquired about insurance for the MME.?? I am about to find out soon.

There are a couple of threads on insurance. I’ve spoken with my Allstate agent and it will be less than $100 per year more than my 2016 Leaf.

Checked with State Farm. My insurance for all my properties. The VIN # was already in their system. Asked my of my options and came around to $600 every 6 months.
I am still looking at Ford Credit and their rates, which I cannot find, to see if they can be better than my credit union's rate.
Again......anyone knows what the rate is for the MME.???

My Mach has been in Production since 1-12-21 with no updates.
But what I have found is the window sticker has a change.
On the sticker it still has 1-12-21 but at the very bottom it has
changed from 1-13-21 and now has 1-20-21. What does this
mean ?

Nothing. Just use the tracker at the top of this forum to keep an eye on production and shipping dates.

It means the window sticker was "re-printed" on 1/20/21 which doesn't mean much. If you keep watching the window sticker you see that they are "re-printed" about once a week.

But the actual production date is now 2021-01-19, so the process has started!

Actually, the build process is complete - your car was built and completed likely on 18-Jan. You now get to wait for shipping.

Has anyone had to cancel your Mach E order, (don't panic - I reordered with another dealer)? What happened to your deposit? I’m having a problem between Ford and my dealer. The deposit charge was done on my credit card and the charge shows up from my dealer, but they are pointing fingers at Ford. Ford says that it’s a dealer thing. So the question remains. What happened to your deposit when you canceled?

USAA quoted me only $300 more a year than my 06 ?. Pretty decent for full coverage.

If you cancelled an online reservation then Ford automatically refunds your deposit to the same credit card. If you're cancelling an order then the dealer has the deposit because when you converted your reservation into an order Ford issued a refund and new charge was made that goes directly to the dealer. The reservation deposit was refundable, but after the order is placed it's whatever you worked out with the dealer regarding the deposit. I don't believe they are obligated to refund it unless you had an agreement. YMMV
