Since you are in a 2022 and have updates that came out this year, you may be up to date for the moment. Are you in the Early Access Program?

Your car just may be a bit farther behind in the queue and almost all updates have been on hold for the last month. They just started moving again last week, mostly to EAP vehicles.

I did apply to be be in the EAP last year but never heard that I got in, so not that I know of.

If you go to https://www.earlyaccess.ford.com/account and login it should tell you what your status is. Mine says "waitlisted." ?

I have found that the dealer generally can't do much if anything about "stuck" updates. So it seems up to Ford directly, and other than more OTA attempts, I'm not sure what they would do.

I’m a ‘21 job 1 FE, in EA, and recd 6.8 in December right before the long pause. FordPass app still says I’m at 6.7 but car says 6.8. No movement since late December.

I disagree that the 1mph bug is a minor bug.

It exposes that under certain conditions the speedometer is wrong and Ford has a testing/coverage hole for this and lacks appropriate systems to catch this.

Under what other conditions is the speedometer inaccurate? Maybe its accuracy is off at other speeds? Who knows. Ford has shown that it can't guarantee correctness in all conditions.

It is off by 1mph according to the radar signs out and about. Usually 1 more so 1 when stationary I’d consistent. Shame we can’t twist it back!

Changed my vote. Got car back from dealer this afternoon from the HVBJB recall work. On the way home it started to download 6.2.1 again. Just got notification that it finished installing (2+ hours after it started to download). Hopefully all the other updates will start coming through quickly.

This is on 2021 Job 1 in EA that got 6.1.0 on October 1, and the unnumbered update twice (November 20 and December 12). Last time 6.2.1 started to download on November 20 and never finished, disappeared on December 12th.

Not sure if one of the updates dealer did as part of the HVBJB recall made it download 6.2.1 successfully this time.

6.8 has failed twice this week...

When I get failures it’s because my 12V is too low.

I take it for about a 30 minute drive and manually start the download when I get home.

This has worked for me every time I’ve had failures.

I don’t know how often you drive but I’m retired and don’t drive much or often anymore.

I'm in the same boat. AFAIK this is an inhibit update but I never saw the dialog box on the Sync screen stating it would install at my scheduled time or giving me the option to install immediately. ??

Same as both of you with 6.8 and also a 2021 early Job 1. No prior notifications, just subsequent "Update Unsuccessful" notices three times in four days, so far. Have driven the car plenty.

It is technically in the poll, but hidden because of how Ford numbers these things.
